We have been coming here for years and have always had great experiences until we came to pick up our order Dalia was beyond rude and aggressively indifferent, argumentative, and refused to answer a simple question. Her and the other girl working the counter, didn't catch her name, she was more professional ;that being said, they bantered back and forth in Spanish while they were trying to figure out our order, not realizing my husband understands Spanish enough to know what they were saying about us. There was another customer in line that went on and on saying they've never even seen anything like this before, the worst customer service, and never saw an customer service representative openly argue and be rude to customers like this. read more

Iv been shopping at this store for many year. Iv never had a problem with staff. I do understand when staff are busy. Iv work in retail. I don't mine if I have to wait a few minutes but must of the time I don't have to wait long. I've also been at thus store when I've seen some rude and unpatient customers. "Oh my God people, it's not going to kill you if you have to wait a few minutes ". The staff has always manage to keep their cool and help customer even when their flustered. I'll give the staff high props for knowing how to handle the situation. To everyone who has no patience; you're not gonna die if you have to wait a few minutes. you're not the only person in the world who needs paint. If your in a Pissy mood or having a bad day don't take it out on others. Treat people the same way you want to be treated. We are all human, we need to treat everybody with respect. There's no reason that one person should be treated better than another just because they're spending more. If You're going to spend a $1 to $3000 everybody should be treated equally. Iv some see people get soooo pissy because they have to wait. In the pass i'll have let customers go ahead of me. I just tell the person behind me, "it's fine, just go ahead of me, I'm in no rush. A few extra minutes of waiting isn't going to kill me." I feel sad when customers think they have the right to disrespect somebody just because they are the employee. When I see the person working at the front register who just had a customer from hell. I said, "it's OK, that person isn't worth it, you did good at keeping your cool. just to let you know, you always have the right to refuse service to anybody. you shouldn't put up with this crap. I have bought paint here before, and always get great customer service. But last night Dillon went above and beyond! My husband and I picked out our paint and color. Dillon let us know of a upcoming sale. Since the sale was about to start my husband and I decided to come back the next day. When we walked in Dillon recognized us and said he had our paint ready. Not only was the color mixed when we arrived, it was boxed up for us as well! When I unpacked, I found two paint can openers inside. Great paint, great service. This is my neighborhood paint store. The Sherwin-Williams paint I bought here ten years ago is holding up well on the exterior of our home. The staff at the store has always been helpful with my paint questions. I always feel welcomed and appreciated here. A pleasant alternative to buying paint at a big box store and I trust the quality of Sherwin-Williams paint. I visited this store today to get a new can to paint some replacement siding to match the existing color. All I had was a chip of the paint from the old siding. The nice lady at Sherwin-Williams took the chip to the back room and mixed up some paint that looks like the best possible match. Another pleasant experience. read more

These guys are awesome! I went to the store last night to get some paint matched and to pick a stain for my kitchen cabinets. Each one of the gentlemen that helped me were extremely patient and walked me through all of my options. Terrible experience. As I walked in, the woman on the phone looked at me, and then looked away. 2 gentle men were looking at me from the back area, through the glass, and they turned away. I guess nobody could be bothered to help a customer? She ends her phone call, tells me "One second", and talks to a customer in the back of the store. They chat for a bit, she comes back to the counter, and starts another phone call. I'm literally waiting 15 minutes, when 2 more customers walk in. Well it's about this time that those 2 guys in the back decide to come out and actually do some work. You would think I would be happy, but I'm not. Instead of them asking if they could help me, the man they previously saw waiting patiently for 15 min, they help the 2 gentleman that had just walked in, and been waiting all of 15 seconds. Now it's my turn, and I ask for assistance, and gentleman #1 says he can help me, and gentleman #2 bluntly tells me they can't help me. Then he promptly walks into the back of the store again. So all in all, don't go here. Terrible service from lazy people, who obviously hate their lives and their work. read more

There were enough people working to take care of customers. It was busy considering it's a paint store, not starbucks. It takes a few minutes for them to mix up your paint so you might look around and gather other needed supplies. The people working there were helpful in advice and choosing products. The other Sherwin Williams products I have used from the branded store were of good quality so I anticipate being back to buy more for additional jobs. Frankly I don't trust consumer reports anymore saying a different brand is better. I have been burned a few times following consumer reports ratings. Other people have also left bad reviews for the other brand's products suggested by consumer reports. Sherwin Williams generally has very good reviews on their quality paints. Keep in mind you get what you pay for. If you want good coverage and durability it cost more than the watered down box store paint. read more
