Everything is laid out nicely and in a tidy way that makes it appeasing to look at and really easy to find what you need. The staff here is also really helpful whenever you need to find some thing. This past time my husband and I were looking at faucets to replace my father-in-law's kitchen faucet and though we didn't buy one this time, they do have a good selection available. My daughter really liked looking at their summer items which was more oriented towards pool or water fun stuff. She ended up suckering me into buying her a pool noodle haha. I like their gardening selection, as someone who's a newbie in that field I feel that it's not overwhelming and it has exactly what you need and nothing past that. I actually found this adorable elephant watering can here as well, and I have a best friend who loves elephants so I had to grab it for her. I was also able to find two small watering cans which are perfect for my young children to use. Check out is always a breeze, they never have a line whenever I've been and the cashiers have been wonderful as well. This past time we went the cashier had asked if it was OK to give my daughter some candy and I said yes. I don't typically think about allergies because I know my kids don't have any but just the fact that she even asked if my daughter had any allergies, it was like an 'oh yea' moment for me and I appreciated her asking because the next parent may have a child with allergies. Overall my experiences here have been really quick and easy but pleasant. Anytime we come out here to Patterson my first thought for any home improvement projects around the house are 'let's go to Ace Hardware' now.

They work fast and efficiently to help with any questions and check out is always fast. We recently purchased our outdoor patio umbrellas when they were on sale with the base. They were more affordable then the Walmart ones we purchased and ended up returning those. Staff helped load the bases up in the car since they were heavy. Will continue to return when needing any item for home improvement.

To this day it aches my heart to remember the impotence I felt standing there waiting after requesting I get my chainsaw back. After over a month of patiently waiting to get it maintained, I finally asked politely but firmly after being told it was not ready, that I needed my chainsaw as it had gotten no attention and I required it for some work. They did some communication behind closed doors in back area and gave me the run around only to get hit with a bill the equivalent of 3/4's of new saw like mine. I felt a hurt in my chest as I knew I could not do anything. I swore to never go back and I am only writing this review in hopes no one goes through something similar. If it wasn't because I have better things to do I'd boycott them each day outside with a sign in hand . I'm sure they have done good or ok business with others but that does not take away the sting from the fact that they chose to be so dirty and shady that one day with me. It spoke volumes of the type of business this is! My only hope is I help one person avoid what I went through.

We ordered our cabinets, quartz countertops, and hardware from 168 Cabinet Outlet…read more And, while they don't push it, they do offer installation as well. We ended up hiring them to install our new lowers and counters. The outlet is filled with samples on the showroom floor which is super helpful for picking out your cabinets, counters and finishes. They even let us check out samples and bring them home to help decide on what we would be installing. Before placing the order, Wade came out and measured our kitchen and helped put together a quote based on the arrangement we wanted. They put together 3D renderings of our kitchen to show us the layout alongside the quote. Their install team did quick work, and overall did a good job for what we paid for. We had a few small issues with caulking and hardware , but the salesperson Wade made sure all the issues were handled promptly.

Well, the problem is that they took improper measurements and then came out to deliver an entire new countertop that was not measured correctly. So the edges were too short and way to long in other areas. They were going to glue it on and I stopped them. Told them to take it back. The guy claimed it's because my wall isn't even...wow! I'm no professional but I'm pretty good at math and can tell you that measurements weren't accurate. I'm so upset and frustrated that this is such a big deal. So as my countertop is ugly and bare I have to wait even longer for them to "try" and get it right.
