I have been using Daniel for a couple years now. He's always polite & patient with me. I recently had him install a surround system in my home with inside & outside speakers. I am really enjoying entertaining outdoors now that we have music. Thanks again for another great job. I am sure I'll be calling next time I need computer related advice or work. Your the best. I may need some help with a home surveillance system & I think you said you do that too. If so I'll be in touch soon. read more

Fixed my laptop charging issue. Very Intelligent repair man. Quick return time as well

My parents were having problems with what I thought was a computer virus on their new iMac, so I gave The Computer Savior a call. I spoke with Daniel, who was immensely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me how to fix the problem without having my parents bring in their computer. Very patient and genuinely nice man. I had such a pleasant experience, as well as my parents when they had to call him and seek more help with their computer. I'm glad that I stumbled across The Computer Savior on Yelp! 10000/10 recommend this business to anyone having computer problems. There's a lot of people out there that are greedy and will waste your time and money, but not Daniel! I will absolutely be calling in the future with any other problems I have with my computer, and you should too!! read more

He did a great job and has been available for follow up questions! He was on time, had all the needed supplies and was open to questions.

I just love this company! The owner is fair and smart! He was able to diagnose the issues I was having in a short amount of time. With my computer being old, I did choose to replace my tower. My new tower?..... 4" in size. My old tower?..... a huge MASSIVE box! Remember them? Lol. read more

Very honest and prices are good. Work was done on time as promised. I would recommend them for your computer needs.

The owner of this business is super knowledgeable and also very easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and gave me a very reasonable price to upgrade my computer. When I contacted a competitor, they simply told me to buy a new computer. Welp, sometimes, people don't have money to buy something brand new, so it was refreshing that The Computer Savior offered my a solution that fit my budget. I live a few towns away, but it was worth the drive to drop my computer off here. If I have any future computer needs, I won't hesitate to call them again. A+++ service. Highly recommended. read more

I bought a new Windows 11 computer and my HP printer/scanner/copier combo unit would no longer scan properly was having difficulty finding a network folder. My husband and I (both Silicon Valley veterans) tried for hours, span over two days, to figure out how to fix the problem with no success. I have 2 self employed businesses and use the scan feature a lot. Daniel came over and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. I am so grateful. Thank you Daniel! read more

Daniel was terrific! My folks were having Wi-Fi issues and as much as I tried to solve the problem, I couldn't figure it out. I found Daniel on Yelp and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. I called with some questions about my son's laptop and the person I talked to (I'm sorry I didn't get his name!) was so knowledgable and incredibly helpful! He took the time to answer my questions and recommended a solution. The fact that he would recommend a software to me that I could install myself and had no financial benefit for him showed a lot of integrity and genuine kindness. I'll definitely be using them the next time I'm in over my head! read more

I am relieved to finally find a computer technician that is reliable, and knows this fast changing industry. What problems I was having were diagnosed quickly and solved problems I had been having for 3 months were 2 other businesses were unable to do. Computer Savior is the best computer repair, build, install, trouble shooting computer company I've ever done business with. In December of 2007 Daniel built a "powerhouse" computer for me. 500GB hard drive, AMD Athlon X2 4600+ processor, DVD optical drive, Windows XP, etc., etc. It is now 6-19-18 and I've been using that same computer every single day since the day Dan delivered it. I'll be replacing that computer next week with a new laptop. But, Dan's computer won't be going on the junk heap. It will be going into our Bacolod Street Kids Feeding/Livelihood Ministry Center. We look forward to many additional years of service from this computer. It might not be a "powerhouse" anymore, but it sure as heck is a *workhorse". Many thanks Daniel for building a great computer. I had issues with my fan causing overheating problems, and my hard drive was making my deskstop really slow. Daniel was amazing and patient with trying to figure out and solve all of these problems. I definitely recommend him for any repairs! Thanks again! read more

I have been using Daniel at The Computer Savior for quite some time now. He is always willing to explain things to me and take the time to answer questions. I call him with small questions now and then which he has no issue taking the time to answer at no charge even when he is busy. He is very honest with me and lets me know if my machine is worth fixing even if I do or don't buy one from him he is willing to help point me in the right direction. Although 90% of the time I purchase from him. I have bought both brand new builds and refurbished machines from him and I have been happy with both. I appreciate that he removes all the crap that comes with the new computers that you don't need or want. I know he has been around a long time and I like that he is a small business which comes with that personal touch. Thank you Daniel for always being there for me and my crazy questions and for fixing my computer in a timely manner. read more

I rarely write online reviews except if there is something exceptional to say. Daniel at Computer Savior was not only quick to respond to my request for assessment and help on a matter concerning my monitor speakers, but was helpful in a way that I don't often come across with many others. He offered not only an excellent initial assessment, explanation, and insight into the matter, but gave his thoughts within the spirit of kind, true honesty and with simple, sincere, practical wisdom in relaying the best solutions to help me out (regardless of whether the assessment would or would not bring him business). That the tone of his character and professional ability would make an impression upon me just by an initial consultation is enough for me to want to offer this review and to let him know that I would consider his company for future assistance. I am not usually easily impressed or convinced, but when someone has excellent character, core values, and demonstration of knowledge and skill--within even an initial consultation--it is worthy of praise and mention. This is a business that seeks not only to help people out but to serve them with qualitative care and value--not always so commonly experienced everywhere these days. They have the character, relational ability, and excellence of professional skill to do so and will garner more business just for that. read more

I have been using The Computer Savior for many years now and will continue to do so for many more years to come. Daniel has always been very friendly, on time, and speedy when it came to locating the problem and fixing it. He usually doesn't stop just there either. If he finds something in the middle of his fixing a problem that he believes my better or prevent a problem in the future he addresses that too at the same time. He is wonderful and his prices are excellent for the massive amount of work he puts into his visits. I recommend The Computer Savior to anyone with a computer problem. read more
