My parents were having problems with what I thought was a computer virus on their new iMac, so I gave The Computer Savior a call. I spoke with Daniel, who was immensely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me how to fix the problem without having my parents bring in their computer. Very patient and genuinely nice man. I had such a pleasant experience, as well as my parents when they had to call him and seek more help with their computer. The owner of this business is super knowledgeable and also very easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and gave me a very reasonable price to upgrade my computer. When I contacted a competitor, they simply told me to buy a new computer. I bought a new Windows 11 computer and my HP printer/scanner/copier combo unit would no longer scan properly was having difficulty finding a network folder. My husband and I (both Silicon Valley veterans) tried for hours, span over two days, to figure out how to fix the problem with no success. Computer Savior is the best computer repair, build, install, trouble shooting computer company I've ever done business with. In December of 2007 Daniel built a "powerhouse" computer for me. 500GB hard drive, AMD Athlon X2 4600+ processor, DVD optical drive, Windows XP, etc., etc. It is now 6-19-18 and I've been using that same computer every single day since the day Dan delivered it. I'll be replacing that computer next week with a new laptop. But, Dan's computer won't be going on the junk heap. It will be going into our Bacolod Street Kids Feeding/Livelihood Ministry Center. I have been using Daniel at The Computer Savior for quite some time now. He is always willing to explain things to me and take the time to answer questions. I call him with small questions now and then which he has no issue taking the time to answer at no charge even when he is busy. He is very honest with me and lets me know if my machine is worth fixing even if I do or don't buy one from him he is willing to help point me in the right direction. Although 90% of the time I purchase from him. I have bought both brand new builds and refurbished machines from him and I have been happy with both. I appreciate that he removes all the crap that comes with the new computers that you don't need or want.
