Ator quickly diagnosed the problem, a faulty fan and system in need of a deep cleaning (I am guilty of letting my dog sit with me when I use my system and it showed.) He gave me an estimate of two days to get the part ordered, system cleaned and laptop back to me and went above and beyond to make sure that happened. When the part did not arrive until after hours this evening, he stayed late to get the job done. I am very impressed with his professionalism and follow through and will be returning soon for a follow up appointment for some data recovery. I am very pleased.

Their staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. When I arrived at their business I was pleasantly surprised... It was a lot larger than I thought and conveniently located. Needless to say, Eric worked on my computer, and had it back to me the next day. He did not try to sell me things I didn't need and was VERY knowledgeable and friendly. He stayed later so I could pick it up after 5:00 p.m. and even carried it to the car for me. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any type of computer work.
