When asked why we should pay extra for what he failed to include (code key sticker) when he originally loaded OS for us for $160...he accused us of threatening him and then "threatened" to not give us our key code sticker. Ironic at best. Not a people person. Not service oriented. Not well stocked. Not pleasant. Not honest??? Don't know...just a bad day? His bad day cost me more money and aggravation.
