Jo was great, very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He resolved the issue with a loose charging pin in a day and cleaned out the interior from my cats constant attempts to snuggle my cpu fan vent while he was at it. Joe was supposed to come to my home and fix my network issues. He told me he would call around 9 to let me know when he would arrive. He never called. I called him again and he told me he was held up by a job and would call me in 30 minutes to let me know when he would be there. He never called. Joe is the BEST! He "saved" that is restored my pc, which was less than two years old, after a power outage rendered it basically unusable. Thankfully, between an external drive and The Cloud, I'd backed up most of my important and critical files. Between a memory upgrade and "new and improved" hard drive, plus among other things the addition of a great new (to me) anti-virus and malware software, I basically have a brand new computer! Joe's customer service is also impressive, as he answered all my questions and assured me he could save "the patient", and did he ever! Joe is the Best!! He is not only a good computer guy but also a fabulous handy man! I own a flower shop and he is always willing to fix whatever in my shop at any given time, either its's the same day or the next day he will get the job done! We had a laptop that we thought we might bring back from the dead, and so we brought it in. It could turn on, but couldn't do much else. Joe got it running properly, and then he spent even more time educating me about it. I was left feeling like he gave me something extra. I went in to have my laptop hinge replaced. He was so nice and gave me all of my options, even if I went somewhere else. Because of other damage, he told me my options and the amount of parts and repairs will cost, versus purchasing a new laptop. I left with a monitor and wires to hook up my laptop. My Dell laptop died and I found this place. Joe is absolutely awesome. You walk in and you're greeting with a smile and enthusiasm. He told me everything he wanted to do to check my laptop and he reassured me many times he'd do what he can to find out what was wrong. When he called to tell me that my laptop wa worse off than thought he offered me more than a couple alternatives on retrieving my information and then worked to get the information from my hard drive to an external drive.
