As I mentioned above I called in June 26, 2026, another time in July & in August and spoke with a Vivint specialist (VERBALLY NOT IN SIGN LANGUAGE) to cancel my service. I have tried over the past 2 years to contact Josh using his cell and office phones, texting and email. He refuses to call me back or respond in any way. Josh's lack of service or communication is appalling. No customer should be treated this way. This is, by far, the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not use this company!
