Sam hooked me up remotely and began investigating the problem. Following his investigation, he requested me to disconnect from remote and restart the laptop. Unfortunately, this did nothing! after completing an install, Sam came by the house and repaired the mouse problem by disconnecting and reconnecting the USB BRIDGE and mouse! It turned out all 4 of my ram sticks went bad at the same time which is about as common as winning the lottery. Josh did a deep dive on the entire system and when it was all said and done I had all new ram sticks and a wonderful new SSD with fresh Windows 11. I couldn't be happier with his work. I live in Ceres and he's in Oakdale, I think that says it all right there. He's more than worth the drive. I brought my computer to the "Computer Guy" after it was having issues going online and freezing…read more(with some other misc details). While the boy who took my computer in was very nice, I don't really think he listened much less tried to understand my issue. After looking at the intake form, he had written issues that I had not told him (and weren't my issues)! He said they would run the free diagnostic and get back to me. After a few days, I got a call saying that the hardware checked out but that it was riddled with malware, so they recommended wiping everything clean - saying that it would work like a "brand new computer". The man who called me claimed that the malware on my computer commonly causes freezing. So I agreed to the $100 fee. When I got my computer home, it had the exact same problems! I called to tell them that my computer was not fixed. There was no apology or empathy. I was just told to bring it in and they would run the diagnostic again. I brought it back in, and it worked fine there, but as soon as I got it back home, it had the same problem. Finally, I had a tech from my internet provider come out. The problem was that my computer had set its IP address to the wrong connection type - he changed that, and Voila, everything works fine. I am very frustrated that I took my computer into a supposed expert, but that no one bothered to listen to my problem. If someone who had known what to look for had taken a minute to check my options, I wouldn't have had to loose all of my programs, internet favorites, backed up files, etc... I feel like I was channeled through some automated system set up to make $100 despite addressing the actual problem. I would not recommend this computer repair shop to anyone!

Then yesterday I happened to walk by Bright Phone Repair at Crossroad Shopping Center, 901N N Carpenter Rd Suite 45, Modesto, CA. I read the signage in the window regarding phone repair services, plus ALL the gadgets, watches and jewelry, etc- and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they also print T-shirts! :O I spoke with the proprietor about ordering 2 identical shirts with this Rainbow ROBOT design [see attachments]. He took special care to reproduce the bright colors and fine details in the image which I sent him by email. He had expressed concern that the colors might come out faded, but, it came out perfect! Here is a side by side comparison of the printed shirt and the original image file which I had found online recently. I wish I knew who created this superhero so I could give proper credit to the artist. Likewise, Bright Phone Repair gets major cred for an excellent print-job! $50 for 2 custom-made T-shirts is quite reasonable. [Support local businesses. No shipping charges.] I am thrilled with this print-out!

I have been here now twice and paid them $50 to fix the screen on my phone each time just you have…read morethe screen stopped working after each time they supposedly fixed it come ask them to fix what they broke and they're trying to say all sorts of weird stuff that could be wrong with it, but they fix the crack in my but yet after about a day home, my screen just went black so then I come in and have them fix it again and then I get home and only parts of the touch on my screen will but it's not his fault. I feel like they up on the phone so I would have to come back in and pay another $50 for them to fix it. I feel like since there's no reason it should be doing this after they just put a new screen on they should fix it for free. He said no no no it's not his fault be warned.
