The national companies didn't care, they would only install wireless units. During the install, one of the technicians called the owner to get guidance on what do do with a sensor. I was in the other room, but the call was on speaker phone and I clearly heard the owner state "If it was my house, I would do it this way... so do it that way" (which was more difficult for the installer, but I agree - it was the right way). That example should tell you all you need to know about this company... But there is more.. The crew that did the install put in extra time to get the job done in one day, then the supervisor came back and double checked everything personally. You cannot go wrong with this company!
