We tried Starlink for internet for our new home in the countryside. It's proven to be pretty reliable, fast and cheaper than the microwave systems (cable wouldn't install). However, it was a bit of a challenge to figure out how and where to install the antenna. Roman came out, gave me a quote and told me the mounting part to purchase from Starlink. He initially said that it would be about 2 weeks. The part arrived in two days, and he came out the next business day to install. He and Alex came to do the installation. They were done in about an hour once they started. The installation was extremely professional and very clean. Roman arrived on time for the appointment to quote me for a ceiling cable run for my new TV. He was prompt and professional and I especially appreciated his ability to get up into the attic on a 100 degree day and do the job on the spot for a very fair and reasonable fee. The other thing that impressed me was his care in keeping the house clean. He brought in a ladder and drop cloth and put that on the carpeted area. Then he unpacked his backpack and slipped into a body crawl suit to work in the attic, and when he came down would get out of the suit and leave it on the tarp. I didn't have to vacuum ceiling insulation when he finished. He also went the extra mile. Here's where I appreciate the honesty and professionalism. While drilling in the ceiling he accidentally cut the cable coax running into the room. He came down and informed me of that, and promptly got the replacement hardware, went in and fixed it free of charge. It being the holidays, he had to put us on his calendar a couple weeks out. But then, he called when he had a gap in his schedule and arrived sooner than expected. He and his assistant had the TV out of the box and up on the wall within an hour, even though there was a lot of recabling that needed to be done. Everything worked perfectly, right away.
