Professional. Reasonable. Reliable. Expert service all around. I used them to install TVs and A/V gear as well as security cameras. Since I'd never used a service like this before I didn't know what to expect or much about their products. They came in with very professional installations, explained the systems and left my home in as good condition as they found it. Would highly recommend them for your home installation needs! read more

Roman responded to messages and email sent in a timely manner, in a world where your emails or messages are unanswered for weeks. So that was a good sign for me. He came as scheduled and gave me an estimate that fit my budget. Roman had the job done within a week or so of me accepting the estimate. Everyone else was a month or so wait. The job was very well done. I would use this service again and also recommend them to anyone. read more

Horrible communication, I waited four days and no response. I needed internet and home security help, but the conversation never happened.

We tried Starlink for internet for our new home in the countryside. It's proven to be pretty reliable, fast and cheaper than the microwave systems (cable wouldn't install). However, it was a bit of a challenge to figure out how and where to install the antenna. Roman came out, gave me a quote and told me the mounting part to purchase from Starlink. He initially said that it would be about 2 weeks. The part arrived in two days, and he came out the next business day to install. He and Alex came to do the installation. They were done in about an hour once they started. The installation was extremely professional and very clean. I couldn't be happier with the results, and I'll no longer have occasional dropouts from obstructions due to running it on my balcony. This was an extra challenging installation due to a custom roof. I would highly recommend Infinity Home Services for Starlink antenna installation. read more

Infinity home services came to mount a tv on my wall and did an amazing job. They came in, got to work, and cleaned up everything as if no work was done. They are incredible. I called to schedule a day with them which was a week or two out, and I was totally fine with it. They then told me that they would be installing equipment in the area and said they can stop by fowler when done. This father son duo is great. I loved the white glove service. They do so much more but all I could speak for is the tv mount. True professionals. Thanks guys. I will definitely be calling you again. read more

Roman offers a great service. Hung our big screen and Sonos sound system. Clean and sleek and looks and sounds awesome.

I recommend this company to anyone looking for help in setting up their home network. Roman was quick to respond to my inquiries and came out to give me a quote right away. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I booked an appointment for him to come back and do the job. Due to a break in his schedule he was able to come out and complete the job a week sooner then scheduled. The builder of our home had put in wires to all the rooms for phone and internet but only left bare wires with no connections. Roman wired all of the rooms for internet, rewired the previous phone lines to be additional internet ports and installed a switch. read more

Roman is awesome! We told him what we had in mind and he made our vision a reality. Absolutely love the products he procured for us and his handy work. Will definitely use again! read more

Infinity Home Services repaired my phone and internet lines that were previously destroyed by Comcast and AT&T. Roman arrived on time and got right to work figuring out the problem. When it was determined more work was involved, he didn't hesitate to get the job done right the first time. He got the additional parts and stayed almost all day to make sure everything was operating as it should. For the amount of work he did, his fees were reasonable and fair. I had a slight issue later and messaged him about it. He came right back to follow up and ensure everything was operating properly. If you want someone who is honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable, this is the company. Everything is still working with no problems and I am thankful to have found this company. read more

I asked for a quote to mount a T.V. on a wall yesterday at 12pm. They responded at 9:03Pm today. Very slow response. Just to mount a television on a standard wall, their quote was $375 to $600. Absolutely rediculous. That's as much as the television itself. We got it done for $75 dollars through a friend. Don't even bother with these unresponsive price gougers. read more

We reached out to Infinity about mounting a TV on the wall and the wiring/rewiring that was involved. Roman responded promptly and after I sent him some pictures he gave me what I considered a very fair estimate. We scheduled a day and time and he verified that morning. The crew was here right on time and Alex(?) was friendly and very professional. We spoke a little about exactly what we wanted to do and was given options on how the job could be done. What we chose to do (wiring/cabling clean up and reroute) added some cost, but it was disclosed up front. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I was kept apprised of the progress of the job. There was a minor issue with a cable splitter that they didn't have on hand, but that was taken care of quickly after completion by Roman himself. I'll add again how impressed I was with the crew who did our job. Top notch. In summary, the job looks terrific, our experience was outstanding, and I would highly recommend Infinity Home Services without hesitation. read more

These guys are great. I had a job that looked simple but was actually quite complicated. Alex and Roman worked together to solve the issues and complete my home theatre speaker install. I just love it when somebody clearly knows what they're doing. We bought a very large screen TV at Costco, and based on the excellent reviews here on Yelp, hired Infinity Home Services, i.e. Roman, to do the setup. It being the holidays, he had to put us on his calendar a couple weeks out. But then, he called when he had a gap in his schedule and arrived sooner than expected. He and his assistant had the TV out of the box and up on the wall within an hour, even though there was a lot of recabling that needed to be done. Everything worked perfectly, right away. I then asked him about the TV in the kitchen that gets its signal from wireless internet that was breaking up, and he fixed that too. I don't recall the exact amount he charged. It wasn't cheap, but it seemed in line with other quotes I got. He stuck to his estimate, and there weren't any extras involved. He clearly answered every setup question that I had, and we were up and running with no hassles. Worth every penny. read more

I was looking for someone to install a few cameras around the exterior of my home. I found Infinity Home Services on Yelp with great reviews. Contacted them via email and an email from Roman Khashchuk requested and confirmed a date and time for an in home estimate. The Saturday at noon date arrived and we waited for an hour.. no call, no show, no email. I contacted them via email and asked why they no call, no showed? Roman Khashchuk's response: "Hello Mark, I apologize for missing you last Saturday, Please let me know which day works for you next week. Thank you." read more

We bought a home with vaulted ceiling (15-20 feet) and needed to install a 5.1.4 Dolby Atmos surround sound system. Came across Infinity Home Services on yelp, decided to give it a try because of great reviews. Called and Roman picked up, made an appt for a free-of-charge estimate. He showed up on time and went through all the information and everything that needed to get started. Price isn't that low but "you get what you pay for." I'm amazed how clean the work came out with all the wires hidden and TV mounted. I would recommend Roman at Infinity Home Services for any home theater, TV mount, or home cameras. You won't regret it! read more
