GBT recently installed gutters at our home. Excellent work. Courteous. Covid careful! We were impressed. They were prompt and personable.

Had them put gutters, downspouts, gutter guards and chimney caps on our family compound (2 homes). Spent a lot of money. Since install 4 years ago, had to have them come multiple times to fix their mistakes. Very hard to reach (months at a time) and even went to their office, which is scary enough, due to how it's very disheveled. Very bad customer service and total lack of professionalism. Broken promises and excuses. Even a little argumentative. I would not trust GBT sheet metal company because they don't take responsibility for their work. They installed gutters at our house less than year ago and one side fell off shortly after the storm. We reached out to them repeatedly if they would come out and look at it, and our requests were dismissed. I mean we did not expect free repair, which they probably should offer since their installation failed, but they would not even bother answering the phone let alone coming out to take a look. They don't take responsibility for the quality of their work. At this point we are unhappy with the quality and value of the service we have received. read more

GBT finished my new gutters a month ago. When I got my bids they came right out and I got the bid a couple days later by email. After checking it through I had them rebid one little part, which was no problem. I checked references and their work is outstanding. I scheduled work and they showed up on time and did a great job. It was during the heat wave and I put a cooler of beverages out for them. I don't know how they did that work on the roof during that time. My new gutters are flawless. I had a very difficult two-story compound corner and difficult bay window corners that were custom cut. I love that there's about 30 different colors of gutters and one of them matched my house. I hired them to re gutter my 4,000 sqft house. I'd never hire them again. * Their install staff was really messy. They left little sharp pieces of trimmed sheet metal all over the place. They left nails all over the place, not to mention leaving gutter contents like asphalt rock, and decomposed leaves just dumped all over my sidewalks, lawn, etc. * They put all sorts of extra holes on the backside of my gutters where they missed what they were aiming for because they didn't measure correctly, which means the water leaked directly from the back side of the gutter onto my facia. * They didn't get the slope right, and half of my gutters just overflowed from the "high side" instead of coming out of the down spout. They came out and tried to fix the problem once or twice, but I just got tired of dealing with their crappy work, and decided to redo the whole job with another company. It wasn't worth the time to fight with them on it. Edit: Response to Garrets comment to my review - Yes, I'm 100% sure it was GBT Sheet Metal. I'm looking at the invoice right now. Nobody said anything about any roof/house issues during the sales process, or installation process (I was present every time you were here). I specifically remember being concerned that I never saw anybody use a level, because one of the runs was pretty long. Maybe I missed it? But results, and other work quality issues would support my observation. read more

This company was great! Fair price, did the work ahead of schedule and it was done perfectly! I had a minor problem with the location of a downspout; they not only changed the location of the downspout, but they replaced the whole section of gutter so there did not have to be a "patch". I wanted a custom gate done in the front of my house made of sheet metal, but I wanted some help designing it. I called GBT and Garrett was super friendly and helpful. We discussed what I was thinking and he vastly improved my initial idea. The work he did was top notch and he is fast! The gate alternates copper sheet metal with stainless steel sheet metal. I'm so excited about it. Everyone comments on it when they come over. I've scheduled them to do my gutters in the back of the house because of the awesome job they did on the gate.
