    REPOSTING DUE TO BUSINESS OWNER HIDING REVIEW! (That Should…read moretell you the Full Story!) Think twice before hiring this Company to do any work at your home or place of business. The Owner is in debt up to his eyeballs. He does not pay his own bills. They rented a home from us and lied about being under the Executive-Order-N-33-20-COVID-19. All the while working through the mandated "Shelter in Place" just so he didn't have to pay us rent. He still owes us over $4500.00  in back rent. This is our small business. We are not in the business of real estate to pay to house any family. The family left our house in ruins. Dogs and (Cats.. which they never disclosed to us) chewed the drip system, and urinated all over the interior carpets of the house. We have since had to replace all the flooring. If the owner of this business conducts himself in that manner, what type of businessman is he? What will he do in your home? He has so many aliases and different business in the years. I don't know how he keeps up with it all. The wife bounced checks all over Atascadero when hiring cleaning personnel. Luckily we found another company that specializes in window shades to come in and fix everything for us. Mark, you are threatening legal action because of my 100% truthful and accurate Yelp review? We had a very negative experience using your company. So we are entitled to leave a Yelp review like this. If you'd prefer, I can remove this review and just post photos of the very sloppy work that you charged us $50,000 for.

We thought we had it cancelled two months ago but they continue to charge my credit card. Now they say they will cancel if we call and send an email. ( " for security reasons "). !!! This was never mentioned two months ago when we thought we had cancelled then. Every time we call this company we get the run around. I feel like I have been scammed by this company. Don't give them your credit card number ! I'll have to cancel my card to get them off my back ! It's been like this for the year of service I had with them. This company is a nightmare . Very dishonest company. Stay away !

Vivent had me electronically sign a contract, had me pay…read morea fee up front and 'Dinged' my credit, only to tell me they don't have anyone that can install or service Paso Robles! Spent an entire day trying to reach anyone at multiple Vivent phone numbers listed and most didn't even ring or only rang one time! Finally was able to reach someone who said they'd refund the fee but they told me it would drop off my credit check after thirty days. These ppl are liars, have crappy customer service and forbid you actually NEED a response from someone from this 'Security' company, cause if you do-God help you! It should be criminal the way they conduct business! Very misleading!!!! Beyond the sales team bs, which they have down to a science, they will not be there when they say they will be. Don't put the safety of your home in the hands of these corrupt ppl.

    I had the pleasure of speaking with Mark a couple of weeks ago. My experience was great and he was…read morevery knowledgeable. I will be using him in the future when we decide to purchase a home theater system. I recently moved to the area and the home we purchased had two speakers in the ceiling with multiple different speaker wires coming out of the wall. As I was trying my best to hook up the ceiling speaker to our TV I was unable to figure out which speaker wire belonged to the ceiling speakers. That is when I turned to Yelp to help me find a service provider. I sent a message through to Mark including pictures of our home set up. Mark reached out the same day over the phone and went over some easy hacks I could use to help solve the problem. He then began to provide me more information regarding a home theater system. His recommendation worked. Thanks again Mark for your help in this matter. I hope to use you again in the future.

    Contacted Mark back in August to request he perform some re-running of speaker wires to my home…read moreentertainment setup (moving from one wall to another). Mark returned my call the next day, which was the *only* time he responded promptly. He said he would be in my area at the end the week, but that came and went without a call or text from Mark. I sent him text messages on Sept. 1 and Sept. 7, and finally got a response on Sept. 14, with Mark apologizing for not getting back to me. He indicated he could make something happen the following week, which I agreed to. On Sept. 21, I received a text from Mark indicating he needed to reschedule, as his young child was sick at home, and he needed to be there. Fair enough. On Sept. 27, I texted Mark again, seeking another time he could come out...CRICKETS! On Oct. 10, I texted him again, indicating that I would appreciate a response if he had any intention of working on my project...CRICKETS, to this day! Bottom line: I understand that "stuff" happens that adversely affects schedules, but no amount of "stuff" should prevent common courtesy from occurring - a simple return text or call indicating the problem, and this would have saved me the time of writing this poor review. The Audio Solution may be technically great, but I never got a chance to experience that - only extremely poor communication, or none at all. I can only assume that Mark didn't really want to do the job I need done, but instead of being up front with me, he produced excuses, or didn't communicate at all. POOR business model...CAVEAT EMPTOR: use The Audio Solution at your own risk, especially if you covet communication and follow through with the service you're using.
