It's been almost 12 years and I finally have internet worth paying for. I felt hopeless with no other options until I heard of the WiFi services. After contacting all the WiFi services I had heard of I was still feeling hopeless. The only way to get service to my home would cost a ton of money up front. I mean $1000 plus just to get signal. I was referred by a friend to Surfnet. A company I had never called because I didn't know they existed. Sure enough they could get clear line of sight to their towers and now I have an amazing internet service and it was $179 for the install and equipment I needed. And $79 a month for service. I can stream and all that with no worries. Thank you Surfnet. Installation looks clean and neat and the guys were polite and friendly. No more big satellite dish that cost way to much and really just sucked. My kids can game. We can stream movies. And we don't have to monitor every thing we do because we have unlimited data.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with, and the second worst (after Hughes net) internet service provider for areas outside of cable service (spectrum). If you want reliable fast internet service for rural and semi-rural areas, try starlink or ranch wifi instead. Surfnet is horrible! And dishonest! After years of poor service and frequent service interruptions, I made the switch to starlink as soon as it was available. I've been trying to get an accurate final bill from Surfnet for over three months, with no luck. They just keep trying to bill me for $529 literally every two days (at 12:01 am) when all I owe is $140. I am not getting a correct final bill or even a call back or email despite dozens of attempts. It's beyond the pale. Run, don't walk away from them. It's only a matter of time before they fold and go bankrupt.

Half of my internet speed is gone at 5pm consistently and when you leave for a vacay and come back, forget it. It's reduced to a fifth of what we are paying for and you spend hours on the phone with them to only have a few weeks of medium results. No it's not the router. It's your wifi service co reselling your WiFi. Upgraded my service months ago to have slower service than previous plan. After hearing the support staff today when tech support thought they put me on hold: I highly recommend that other users review their rights and the basic laws of ca consumer protection. California offers several protections for internet consumers through laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the state's net neutrality law. The CCPA grants California residents the right to know what personal information companies collect, how it's used, and with whom it's shared. Consumers also have the right to request deletion of their data and to opt out of data sales. This law aims to protect your privacy and allow control over how your information is handled by businesses, including internet service providers (ISPs). Additionally, California's net neutrality law, established in 2018, prohibits ISPs from blocking or throttling lawful internet traffic, as well as from engaging in paid prioritization, which could lead to differential treatment based on payment agreements. This means that ISPs in California are not permitted to intentionally slow down internet speeds for certain users or content types, which offers further protection against discriminatory practices based on your browsing activity or preferences. After calling and canceling my account with TCSN TWO DAYS AGO, they had the nerve to charge my…read morecredit card for March--I canceled on February 2, and they told me the would not refund payment for February because I needed to give them 30-day notice to cancel my account...and my service is broken down for about the TENTH TIME IN THE LAST TWELVE MONTHS. They refused to credit me for February, even though my service wasn't working AND THE TECHNICIAN NEVER SHOWED UP. Notice they have not received a good review in over a year! If you use this service, you can expect to be charged two months before your service, like being charged on February 5 for March service, even if you have canceled the account. Don't expect a response if you have a problem, I was told two days ago that the owner was going to call me. The woman who answers the phone just tells you "I just answer the phone," so don't expect help from her. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and file a suit with Small Claims Court if I do not get satisfaction by Monday, February 8, 2021.

What a total mess this turned into. The place is disorganized and a total joke. Their business hours are hit and miss. Their billing and A/R is so disorganized I have no idea how they stay in business. Our internet was shut off TWICE for lack of payment, however I had PAGES of email communication with them literally begging them to charge my credit card on file (and when I pointed this fact out to Mike (?) over the phone, his smug attitude quickly diminished). I've never seen a business run this way. Long story short, we switched to Ranch. Best decision ever.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mark a couple of weeks ago. My experience was great and he was…read morevery knowledgeable. I will be using him in the future when we decide to purchase a home theater system. I recently moved to the area and the home we purchased had two speakers in the ceiling with multiple different speaker wires coming out of the wall. As I was trying my best to hook up the ceiling speaker to our TV I was unable to figure out which speaker wire belonged to the ceiling speakers. That is when I turned to Yelp to help me find a service provider. I sent a message through to Mark including pictures of our home set up. Mark reached out the same day over the phone and went over some easy hacks I could use to help solve the problem. He then began to provide me more information regarding a home theater system. His recommendation worked. Thanks again Mark for your help in this matter. I hope to use you again in the future.

Contacted Mark back in August to request he perform some re-running of speaker wires to my home…read moreentertainment setup (moving from one wall to another). Mark returned my call the next day, which was the *only* time he responded promptly. He said he would be in my area at the end the week, but that came and went without a call or text from Mark. I sent him text messages on Sept. 1 and Sept. 7, and finally got a response on Sept. 14, with Mark apologizing for not getting back to me. He indicated he could make something happen the following week, which I agreed to. On Sept. 21, I received a text from Mark indicating he needed to reschedule, as his young child was sick at home, and he needed to be there. Fair enough. On Sept. 27, I texted Mark again, seeking another time he could come out...CRICKETS! On Oct. 10, I texted him again, indicating that I would appreciate a response if he had any intention of working on my project...CRICKETS, to this day! Bottom line: I understand that "stuff" happens that adversely affects schedules, but no amount of "stuff" should prevent common courtesy from occurring - a simple return text or call indicating the problem, and this would have saved me the time of writing this poor review. The Audio Solution may be technically great, but I never got a chance to experience that - only extremely poor communication, or none at all. I can only assume that Mark didn't really want to do the job I need done, but instead of being up front with me, he produced excuses, or didn't communicate at all. POOR business model...CAVEAT EMPTOR: use The Audio Solution at your own risk, especially if you covet communication and follow through with the service you're using.
