Brandon responded right away when I reached out. We needed to mount a TV to a wall that has no outlet and network and also a GFI outlet in a bathroom to install a bidet. Very disappointed. When a customer specifically asks if you have experience wiring a 230v hot tub don't say yes unless you do! Brandon was very professional, confident and affordable, I felt at the time my brand new Hot Springs was in good hands. I handed over the wiring directions and he went to work. When he was complete my hot tub was wired for 120v for the wrong model, the breaker panel had the hot lead wired to the neutral bus bar. In addition I now have hole drilled 4 inches from the pre-existing conduit access that I need to patch around so the rodents don't intrude and destroy the wiring. Stick with Audio Video! read more

I honestly don't know how this company received all the good reviews. Trying to get answers from this person is like "pullin teeth"! I reached out on a Friday fthrough YELPS message center, I get a vague response that he wants to call on Monday some time and chat about what I want to do. Security camera's need to go up. I've got the camera's, now I need the professional know how to get them where they need to be..After the initial response for Monday, I asked a couple of questions. 1 of which is a standard NEED to know. "How much is your rate"? "Do you charge per project? or hourly"? ....Crickets!! Haven't heard anything since. It's been now 1 week and 2 days since I first reached out. As I see it, there's no need for this company to reach out now. The 1st impression has already been embedded, and there's no taking THAT back. I trust instincts and this is just NOT how you gain business. This is how you ward off business. So to anyone out there shopping for an electrician, be awares that this business may be a hit an miss. Of all things, I won't bother with someone I have to MAKE (bother or chase) to take my jobs I need done. I would much rather hire someone who is professional from the 1st encounter whether it be on the phone, email, msm, or in person. I require honesty, integrity, hard working, humble service tech's who charge fairly. No I would not recommend this company to anyone.
