Jesse is amazing and an expert when it comes to tv installation and home theater needs. I purchased a 75 inch Samsung tv and a sound bar during the holidays and needed someone to install it for me. After searching online and asking countless companies for quotes I kept getting priced outrageous quotes. Jesse was very fair and very upfront and honest about his prices. Not only was he able to come out the same day to do my installation but he was very fast and efficient as well. In less than 30 minutes he had my tv mounted on the wall along with the sound bar. Wow that's amazing service. He was very professional and very knowledgeable on how to position the tv just right. He even cleaned up after the installation and left no mess at all. I would highly recommend Jesse to anyone. He is the real deal. Thank you again Jesse! read more

I called Jesse on Monday, to book him for a Saturday install. I had him mount my 50 inch plasma & sound bar, tuck power from sound bar, tuck optical cable, install power outlet, and run 2 HDMI cables from plasma to my HD receiver and Blu-Ray player. I basically went by the positive reviews I saw here. Long story short, Jesse is the man! He was punctual, professional, efficient, friendly, and just down to earth. Everything came out perfectly clean! I will post up pictures once I get all the painting/texturing done in the room. In terms of pricing, I don't think anyone compares. Some of the quotes I got were nearly double. That said, book him while you can. I will be using him again in a few weeks to run some cables and to mount another flat screen. As you can see in the picture I posted (It is in the main photo gallery, but not attached to this review), Jesse's installations are top notch. read more

I found Home Theater Experts on craigslist and decided to give them a call. I spoke to Jesse about concealing some wiring on a newly mounted 50" flat screen above a gas powered fireplace in my new apartment. After speaking with Jesse I decided to send him some pictures of the potential job. All of his responses were very timely and was even gracious enough to work with my schedule and do the job on the same day! After arriving, Jesse completed the install in a timely fashion and was even kind enough to remove the piece of plywood that I initially mounted the tv on, and remount the tv above the fireplace onto the pre existing studs that I didn't realize were there. Jesse also concealed the wiring to my sound bar mounted right below the flat screen. All in all, Jesse did an outstanding job along with an amazing price! He was very timely, professional and had great communication with me throughout the whole process. I HIGHLY recommend Jesse to anyone looking for a professional who knows his craft, with a price that you can't beat! Thanks Jesse! Jesse is the best simply put. Great pricing and great work. Super responsive and very quick installation.

Based on Jessie's advice I ended up replacing my old AV w/a new Denon from Frys and new outdoor speakers. Jessie ended up spending 3 hours getting my 1) AV custom rack updated with new components, testing speakers and connecting my plasma, and 2) mounted a plasma tv in our bedroom. He is scheduled to come back to connect my new outdoor speakers. Great guy who takes his time and helps answer any questions. His price is very competitive. I'm happy to help answers any questions folks may have re: my experience. read more

We've been needing to mount our 55 and 42 - inch tvs for quite a while now, but we're too petrified of drilling (DRILL-O-PHOBIA?). Any who, the long and short of it. I called Jesse, and: 1. on $$ - Gave me an estimate, which is sincerely followed - not a cent more! 2. on Workmanship - He made sure that everything is done right at the most efficient, neatest possible way! The guy is very conscientious, making sure you understand what he's about to do and seeks your approval. Definitely, highly recommended from someone who's very price- conscious and finicky! read more

Jesse showed up on time, and did a great job! Found him on Yelp & Craigslist, lowest price i could find. Highly recommend. read more

Best buy wanted $299 to mount my television above my fireplace. I said forget it, I'm going to do it myself. For the heck of it, I searched on Craigslist and found Jesse. I checked out his reviews and was skeptical about all the 5 star ratings. He was able to squeeze me in the late evening, even showing up 30 minutes ahead of time which was fine. Regardless, I was still apprehensive of Jesse installing the brand new $2K plasma. To add on to that, the significant other is extremely picky about the television being straight and centered given the fact I screwed up our tv mounting in the bedroom. To further top on to that mountain of worry, the wifey would probably hate me forever if this no-namer I found on the Internet screwed everything up. I was almost ready to send Jesse away at even the slightest look of confusion on his part, but he walked right in, confident about our intended mounting location, the plasma we purchased, and even recognized the cheap mounting bracket I found on Amazon. This gave me a moment of relief even with the wife quietly and sternly staring at me from behind in the kitchen. She really didn't need to drink water for the 4th time. I can go on and on about her continually roaming about the house with her sudden desires to vacuum and clean the house at 9pm at night when in fact she was just spying on our project activities, but that would just be completely ridiculous. In the end, Jesse completed the effort flawlessly and with time to spare. He even solved the issue of fitting my HDMI cables by installing thicker rubber washers between the tv and the bracket. The guy knows what he is doing and I'll have him back to do some ethernet wiring in the near future. Jesse is unassuming and doesn't come wearing a "geek squad" uniform, but he is professional, knows his craft, and doesn't charge you fees that don't make any sense. Of course I'll hire him again. read more

My husband found Jesse via yelp and was impressed by all his great reviews. Jesse came in and mounted our tv in a very professional, efficient manner. He was very respectful in removing his shoes prior to coming into the house and cleaned up all drywall dust, both on his own accord. We would use him again and highly recommend him. read more

Jesse setup my 7.1 surround sound and mounted my 64" plasma TV above my fireplace without any problems. He arrived on time and spent half the day with the complete setup. He took his time with the setup and you can tell that he truly enjoyed his work. No rushed job here! Prior to my appointment, he ensured that I have the proper cables ready, which I already purchased through Monoprice. Jesse cleanly stapled the speaker wires on the ceiling edges in preparation for my future crown moulding installation (I just moved in and was fed up with patching up holes and texturing). He setup the speakers perfectly on every section of my ceiling and did his best to get the exact measurement away from the wall for each speakers. Despite the speaker wires not completely hidden inside the walls, my friends praise the clean looking setup that Jess has done for me. Would definitely hire again and highly recommend to friends and family! read more

Jessie was prompt ( to the minute) although he drove all the way from San Jose to Oakland. I had a 60" LED and soundbar that I wanted wall mounted and wanted to make sure everything was installed correctly with all the wires hidden and a comfortable viewing position. Jessie took great care to work neatly and make sure I was OK with what he was doing. Most importantly the installation was done right and with a high standard of professionalism. I'm very pleased with the results and would have no hesitation reccomending Jessie and Home Theater Experts for any kind of AV job. read more

We recently moved to Gilroy, and needed our guest bedroom television mounted on the wall. My husband found Jesse on Craigslist, and after speaking with him, Jesse agreed to come to Gilroy to help us out. When he arrived, we found that we had purchased the wrong mounting system. Jesse told my husband what to go and buy, and while we were waiting for my husband to return, we asked Jesse if he would mount two more televisions in other rooms. Before my husband returned, Jesse had my daughters television mounted and even turned it on and set it up for us to make sure it all worked. When my husband returned, Jesse had the TV in the guest room up and running in a matter of minutes. He then moved on to the master bedroom, and gave us suggestions on how to mount the TV to get the best viewing. All three sets were mounted and running in record time. Jesse gave us a great price to mount all 3 televisions, and we were very satisfied with his professionalism, integrity (very important to us) and his great attitude with having to do some extra work for us, while waiting for the right parts to arrive. We will definitely use his service again, if we move our entertainment systems or need advice on how to maximize our systems! Thank you Jesse! read more

Out of so many other tv wall mounting companies I called, Jesse from home theater experts was the only one who provided an instant quote and an upfront appoint time which was suitable per my schedule. The rates for labor work are very reasonable. He advised me from where to get the supplies and which ones. Just an amazing experience of a wall mounting a 75" 3D 4K TV. He showed up on time and finished the job quickly. He has extensive knowledge to help you with any of your audio and video needs. A must recommended 5 star rated guy! read more

Jesse works hard and gets the job done. In my last apartment I had wires everywhere even though my tv was wall mounted. This time around I thought --I really need to do this the right way. Home Theatre Experts mounted my two tv's and ran cabling all through my house and left a professional and quality job. Compared to other local companies his pricing is very good and they are really punctual. I called yesterday late afternoon and asked when they could fit me in. I was told that they would bet here at 5pm today and they were here exactly on time. I was charged the quoted amount and the work done was A+. Thanks guys! read more

Got a 46" hung up above the fireplace by Jessie. Found him on Craigslist and then checked yelp reviews. Wasn't the cheapest on CL but folks, this guy is great. He was on time (5 min early in fact) he came in, measured, put up a couple of tape markers, drilled, put the bracket in place, asked me to help put the tv up (which took 30 seconds) and BAM he was done! Efficient and effective, but not one for small talk. Don't let the casual jeans and tshirt look fool you. This guy knows his craft! So why the 4 stars? Well because I can't award 4.5 star and because he left the dry wall dust where it fell and didn't wipe that up before he left. Would I hire him again? In a heartbeat. read more

Jessie was great to work with. I called him for a quick quote and scheduled a meeting a few days later. He mounted my 55" LED and sound bar at an affordable price. I also had all my wires hidden and cleanly done. He gave me advice on my setup and was very easy to talk to. Overall, I'm very happy with the finished product, looks great!
