I explained my problem as best I could and Vince asked couple questions and then told me to press a certain setting for the receiver and sound was once again coming out of the speakers! Less than 15 minutes and he fixed the problem over the phone! We certainly know who to call for our entertainment system, security system, or lighting installations in the future. And he was very patient and explained things in terms I could understand. I could not ask for a better outcome.

I had a fairly annoying request when I reached out to Ovation AV; I had an existing TV that I wanted removed, have that TV placed into the box for the NEW TV, move the mount position on the new TV so it hangs lower, and hang up the new TV on the existing mount. They were able to come out within 2 days of me making the request for quotes on Yelp. Matt and Joe were both super friendly when they came in, offered to wear the booties that keep the house clean (which I declined), and got right to work. The entire process took a little over an hour. The old TV didn't quite fit in the styrofoam from the new TV's box, so the two of them spent some time cutting it down to size! On top of that, they ensured they vacuumed up the little pieces that inevitably get created when you touch styrofoam. On top of all that work, they came in at a super reasonable price for two people doing over an hour of work.

Excellent installers…read more This review is a little late since the install was about 3 years ago. But I've had no issues and so I decided to give a review. I requested to install an 85" TV in the living room with a Sonos sound bar and separate wireless subwoofer. I also bought a PS5 and asked them to install and route the wires. I asked for high quality wires that can handle 4K or higher and they made sure of it and showed me the box/manufacturer of the cables. I did buy an expensive TV mount but they told me that I would be better off buying a cheaper cost mount that extended better and recommended me one from Walmart. They weren't wrong. So I returned the expensive one. I appreciate their expertise and recommendation. They knew that I was very picky on installation details, routing wiring (especially hiding visible wires), mounting location and they did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again.
