I called The Install guys after reading a few reviews. I just moved and needed a few TVs mounted and wanted a clean install. Ray took the time to answer my questions, provide a quote and scheduled me for the next day. Ray showed up with his partner James and both were easy going guys and easy to work with. They got to work and knocked out the job quickly, did the job how I wanted and better than another contractor I spoke to would have done! And did everything including parts for a great price! read more

On time and completed the project with no problems. Did an excellent job! Very professional. Highly recommend them.

Ray is the absolute best! He was helpful and responsive via text message - we discussed my tv mounting situation, he gave me all the details of the quote, and we were able to schedule an appointment for within the following few days. He had TV mounts available for purchase at a great price which was very convenient. He also recommended a sound bar mount that connects to the TV mount so it doesn't need its own holes in the wall - such a great rec! I was able to purchase it on Amazon (only $25) and it arrived quickly so Ray was able to install it when he came to do the TV mount. When he arrived, he wore a mask and booties over his shoes. He mounted my 65-inch tv with ease along with the sound bar. I purchased a full motion mount from him and love it! He expert placed the tv between two wall lights (perfectly spaced horizontally and vertically) . He also taped and covered the fireplace below so that he didn't leave debris as he drilled holes into the tile. And then he swept up the dust after - incredible service! I'm so happy with the final product! Ray is friendly, efficient and so helpful. Highly recommend! read more

Ray came out on short notice to mount my TV and he did it in no time! The guy that came a couple hours before him was kindly escorted out when he told me he was unable to complete the job without instructions (considering I bought this off Amazon ages ago, I lost them). Ray didn't need no damn instructions and was able to securely fasten this on the wall in under 30 minutes. Life saver, would recommend him to anyone looking for mounting services. read more

I love that they were able to squeeze me in that same day! Ray showed up on time, was super friendly, and very knowledgable. He asked us questions about how we wanted it mounted and even gave us some great suggestions in regards to our cable box & how to minimize the appearance of it / wires. Exlent service great people Ray is awesome takes pride in his Workmen's ship very friendly leaves the space clean we're he works

I bought a swivel mount for our TV to go over the (non-operating) fireplace. The house was built in the 1940s, and I was a naive DIYer. Being unable to find studs, and dealing with plaster, etc. I was stuck in how to proceed. So the TV was just sitting face down on a blanket on the living room floor--not a great situation. I contacted a few places, but couldn't get any appointments set up. The Install Guys were different--super easy to schedule and work with. And the technician was right on time, prompt and professional and friendly. I would absolutely recommend to a friend or a stranger or anyone else who wants things done right! read more
