Vince was able to integrate the new doorbell/camera so that it interacted with the existing ringer inside our home, making the transition clean and easy. The camera, as well as our ability to answer the front door from the app on our phone, were done, and everything is working well. The dish removal went quickly, and we no longer have the unsightly dish showing on our roof. Vince's charge for the work was reasonable, and the whole experience was easy enough. I called Vince this morning with a TV speaker sound issue that developed suddenly with our set up. We were unable to hear sound out of the speakers that are connected to the a/v receiver. I explained my problem as best I could and Vince asked couple questions and then told me to press a certain setting for the receiver and sound was once again coming out of the speakers! I "discovered" First Choice Custom Installations via Yelp. I have to admit that the first time I saw all the positive reviews, I was wondering if they were legit. As I read through them, I realized that they were indeed legit and I'd found a great installer. I contacted them via Yelp chat. "Them" is Vince. He almost immediately replied to my inquiry and we began a conversation about the installation of a Starlink dish on my roof and a security camera. Vince knew exactly what I need to mount the dish and even sent me a link to order it. I needed a part of Starlink too. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Vince's hard work, professionalism, expert skills, and patience with me--but I'll try. I bought a mount online for the TV we already have (someday we will upgrade to a larger one) and after Vince put it up, I realized it didn't tilt as low as I had imagined. I felt horrible to have to ask him to take it down while I had my son in law help me choose the right mount. But, he smiled and said no problem and removed the mount so I could return it.
