I called Vince this morning with a TV speaker sound issue that developed suddenly with our set up. We were unable to hear sound out of the speakers that are connected to the a/v receiver. I explained my problem as best I could and Vince asked couple questions and then told me to press a certain setting for the receiver and sound was once again coming out of the speakers! I "discovered" First Choice Custom Installations via Yelp. I have to admit that the first time I saw all the positive reviews, I was wondering if they were legit. As I read through them, I realized that they were indeed legit and I'd found a great installer. I contacted them via Yelp chat. "Them" is Vince. He almost immediately replied to my inquiry and we began a conversation about the installation of a Starlink dish on my roof and a security camera. Vince knew exactly what I need to mount the dish and even sent me a link to order it. I needed a part of Starlink too. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Vince's hard work, professionalism, expert skills, and patience with me--but I'll try. I bought a mount online for the TV we already have (someday we will upgrade to a larger one) and after Vince put it up, I realized it didn't tilt as low as I had imagined. I felt horrible to have to ask him to take it down while I had my son in law help me choose the right mount. But, he smiled and said no problem and removed the mount so I could return it.
