Unexpectedly had a virus on my home PC. Called and spoke with Cory. He was professional and able to do a preliminary diagnosis over the phone. He has a city licensed office in his home's garage. Everything was outlined in an email contact and I was able to review before consenting to repairs. He was upfront with options and pricing. He identified the problem(s) and I was able to pick up my computer within 24 hours. He discussed additional services and pricing without using any fear upselling; I would recommend his services and definitely use him in the future. read more

My iMac had a problem that in the end Cory could not fix. He put in more time to try and solve the issue than the initial estimate and did not charge me for it. His conclusion was it was a hardware problem that had occurred with other iMacs of the same year, 2017. I appreciate his explanations and honesty. If I have a problem with another computer I will not hesitate to take it to Cory. read more

Contacted Cory on a Friday afternoon. I found him here on Yelp and was raised by the reviews. They barely did him justice!! He was ready to talk to and really listened to what I had to say. I felt his process was super transparent and upfront. Work was completed with updates ahead of schedule and at the price point discussed ahead of time. Highly recommend!!! 5+ stars read more

Great guy! I know absolutely nothing about computers. Mine has been shutting itself down immediately after turning on. This man while at his main job text me through some quick possible fixes and now it's up and running again. He could have easily taken advantage of me but he didn't. He was honest and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend going to Cory if your looking for an honest diagnosis. Thanks again Cory. read more

Found Cory's Computer Repair through some referrals. I was shopping for a replacement laptop, seeing mine was running slowly and the keyboard was done. I contacted Cory and he convinced me to upgrade my existing laptop (it's only 6 years old). So 1Terabyte SSD later, along with a new keyboard and more RAM, I'm extremely happy! Not only was the work he did first rate, but this thing is SUPER fast now! The turnaround time was very quick, plus he saved me a ton of money. I'm so glad I didn't recycle my laptop and waste money on a new one. Having Cory's Computer Repair fix someone's computer would be a great Christmas or birthday present! read more

He helped me figure out how to solve my internet problems and hope in the near future to have him build me a PC.

I don't normally post any reviews, but I want to make sure that excellent service is acknowledged and my experience with Cory was a reminder that excellent service is still possible. When I called Cory regarding a charging issue with my 4 year old HP laptop, Cory answered every one of my questions with patience & professionalism. He felt confident that the cause of my problem was my old battery and asked me to bring my computer to him so he could replace the battery. By the time I arrived at his house, he had already researched the proper battery and ordered it. Because it came the same day, he began the process of swapping out the battery that day. He sent me texts throughout the process to let me know how things were progressing. Before he gave the computer back to merge following say, he fully charged the new battery to make sure that the battery was working properly. He even sent me screenshots of the progress just to put my mind at ease that everything was working according to schedule! In addition, he noticed that I didn't have a solid-state drive, so he swapped out my old hard drive with the new drive and now my 4 year old laptop is working as fast as the 3 month old laptop I just bought for my wife! If you want a knowledgeable, quick, friendly solution at an affordable price, look no further than Cory. You won't regret trusting him with any of your computer problems. If nothing else, just give him a call and see what happens. You won't find a better experience than doing business with Cory! read more

Very prompt response. Cory got my very old desktop running again and helped by making recommendations for replacement options. I would recommend his service. He seemed very knowledgeable, honest and fair. read more

A huge thanks to Cory for his help and integrity! I think it's rare today to find someone who will call you back after hours, walk you through a problem solving issue, and then send you to a website to buy the replacement part you need, but that's exactly what happened tonight. My son's Acer wasn't charging and Cory walked me through finding the model number and battery number and then sent me the link to where I could find the battery at half the cost I could find on Amazon! Simply amazing. He didn't wish me a Merry Christmas, but with the way I was treated, I wouldn't be surprised if he came down my Chimney Christmas Eve! Super nice guy, wanted to help, and made my son's night (and mine) for nothing at all. That's amazing service and great integrity. Thanks so much Cory. I'll be calling Cory EVERYTIME I have a computer issue in the future. You should too. Just kidding about the Chimney, Cory, if you break into my house Christmas Eve, I'm calling the police. read more

So this was a while ago when I had brought my pc to him knowing my issue. I didn't have time to do the repair at the time. I had told him I had a motherboard issue but Cory didn't believe that was the issue so I proceeded his recommendation to get a new cpu, so I spend 300+ dollars out of pocket. And then Cory proceeded to say that the cpu wasn't the issue and didn't want to touch the pc anymore. I ordered my motherboard and did it myself. Regardless. I told him the issue and he denied it from the beginning and I ended up spending a lot more than I should have. It took a while for me to write this review due to the fact that I didn't know how to feel about the situation but, if you don't know you're issue he MAY be able to fix it but obviously no guarantees. read more

Took my elderly desktop MAC into Cory's on a Friday, for him to try and repair its slow function and constant running in the background. He was able to diagnose the problem, repair the unit and have ready for pickup in under 2 days! Cost was much cheaper than I would have paid at an Apple store. Thanks Cory for your great service. read more

Cory had a difficult time with my Toshiba laptop, but he hung in there and gave it his all!!

OMG - Cory knows his stuff!! I called Cory to repair (3) of my laptops that all had major issues and repairs needed. I was beyond extremely happy with the results!!! He fixed all (3) laptops very quickly and was so thorough with everything! He also gives you the parts at his cost and only charges for his labor - wow!!! I've own my own business and have used several other computer repair guys in the past not always getting the results that I wanted. I stumbled on to Cory and read his reviews and thought I'd give him a try. I am so very very happy that I did! I've never been this happy with the results before! Cory goes above and beyond repairing things thoroughly and was extremely reasonable and he is fast and most of all thorough finding things that I didn't even know about. He sent me a text video of each repair he did. He is so awesome and I'm hard to please! He is definitely my go to guy from now on!! If you have any issues with your computers, I highly suggest you giving him a try - you will be extremely happy with the results! I had sent these same (3) laptops to another repair guy prior to knowing about Cory and paid big bucks and none of my laptops were fixed. So bottom line....Cory is beyond the best, honest, thorough, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE and very fair! Hard to find people like that these days! read more

It was a pleasure to do business with Cory. He promptly returned my call and came right out to fix the issue we were having with our wi-fi and printer. He's very tech savvy and knew exactly what to do to get our home office back on line. He was fast, efficient, and thorough. He even had tips to make our system run faster and followed the process through to the end even though that particular problem was with AT&T's service. His rates are very reasonable and he stays on the task at hand. I would not hesitate to call Cory again and will definitely recommend him for anyone in need of his technical expertise.
