Two weeks ago, I paid to have my phone screen fixed here. The SAME DAY I left their shop, my screen started blacking out. When I went back, they told me they didn't have the screen in stock and that they would "call me" once they got it. Days went by, my phone kept getting worse, and every time I tried to follow up it was one excuse after another. When I finally did get ahold of the owner, instead of helping, he was rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me. I asked for a refund since they clearly couldn't fix the issue, but was told they "don't do refunds." I asked where is their posted sign that says no refund , since every legitimate business is supposed to display it, and was told they "don't need to have one." Basically, they take your money, do a poor job, and leave you stuck. They kept pushing me off, telling me "come back in 3 days," then "come back in 2 weeks," then just flat out ignoring my calls.
