If you're iPhone screen is broken this is the place to go. 100% recommend this place. Don't get fooled by the location, these guys are nothing but professional. Took in an IPhone 7plus to get the screen replaced and I couldn't be more than satisfied looks like a brand new phone. Also very cheap, compared to the other phone repair in town. I can't comment on the time it took, since I wasn't in a rush to pick it up, but I was given a time estimate of about an hour. They don't call when they are finished, which is no big deal, just an FYI for those who do care. Customer service was great, very friendly and helpful (sorry I can't remember your name but thank you) got the phone checked in quick hassle free. This is the 3rd time I've needed repairs from Joe. The first time I bought a 'blind' iPhone 5c from a guy off craigslist with a broken screen. I brought it in and they fixed it and I basically got a steal on a modern iPhone. This latest time I recovered my same 5c from the bottom of a pool after it had been there all night. They worked their magic and brought it back to life! It had been under water for over 24hours at the bottom of a ten foot deep swimming pool. I took my iPad in as my son dropped it the previous day. The screen has some dead areas on it. He gave me a quote and said it might or might not fix the problem. He then went above and beyond, in my opinion, but looking up refurbished iPad's such as mine on eBay etc to show me it might just as cost effective to buy a new unit. Just wanted to say that I have taken all my family's IPhones there for years now and must say the service has always been polite, friendly, and professional---no matter who helps me---and the pricing is very reasonable! Recently my charging cable would no longer attach to IPhone 7 so I took it in there and a pleasant young lady opened it up, cleaned it out, and charged me nothing for the service---all within 20 min. Joe was great, with work I cant have a bulky case so Joe recommended a case that met my needs and even installed the tempered glass that it came with for me! My daughter dropped her phone in a bathtub full of water and tried putting it rice for 5 days, but needless to say, it did not work. A friend suggested iPhone hospital in Turlock, so we took it in on a Thursday and picked up on Tuesday. Thank Goodness no other parts were needed so for $30 they took apart removed calcium and removed all water and moisture. Very friendly service. They were very honest when we dropped it off informing us that the price would depend on whether any internal parts would be needed. In our case we didn't need any. They revived a $600 phone. I went here to get my phone fixed but decided, for the price, it made more sense to upgrade to an iPhone 6 and get a newer phone. My battery needed replaced and the screen cracked so nice to get more for the money in my view. Att couldn't help and recommended for me to buy an 8 or above. I went in here during my lunch hour to have the shattered screen on my iphone changed and less than an hour later I left with what felt like a brand new phone. I thought my iPhone needed a new battery as well as cleaning out the charging port and was prepared to pay for both. He tested the battery and told me that it was fine and I only needed the port cleaned. He could easily have made more profit by not suggesting the test.
