Hello! I came to Citi Cell trying to unlock a cheap Wal*Mart phone. I used to love this store. it was convenient always friendly and helpful. I had been going there for years for everything. Upgrades, changes. Or simply not understanding something about my phone. Yesterday this all changed. There was someone in front of me, i waited then others kept coming in. I guess since I was not there to hand them money, then I would have to wait as others came and left. They helped everyone else fist. I mean they did get to me but blamed other people as to why they could not correct the issue in a timely matter. Over and over people came in after me and I was pushed a side. They simply did not want to help me when they always did before, At one point I asked them: "what should I do, go home" They said I could and return tomorrow. I took my iphone in to get the broken screen fixed yesterday and everything went really well. All the girls at the store were really nice and helpful and turns out they had a promotion going so using the Yelp deal I ended up paying $45 for my screen to get fixed. I was very disappointed in this place. My family and I walked into this business and there were about four customers and four employees inside. We waited about 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging our presence. A simple hello we will be with in a few moments would have sufficed. This seems to be a trend with Modesto small businesses no one has a concept of customer service. We were two dollar signs that walked right back out the door. We wont be back. As far as selection there were a ton of used phones but not too many new unlocked phones as far as we could see, after all no one helped us. I brought in my Apple Watch here because i cracked the screen they said they would do it for 100 dollars so I went for it. A week they placed the screen he broken the LCD and told me that it was another 100 to flex what he broke seeing no tiger option I agreed and a other week passed they had the watch done but force touch or applying pressure to the screen to make it do a certain action was gone so I called a he said that the watch never had that to begin with which was stupid because I had that watch for over a year and that was always there and I used it all the time he agreed to try a different screen and they did to get the same results so they told me that they would send it to Apple to see what they can do well that was all in February of 2017 and in April of the same year I get my watch back broken with no screen on it and they told me that the people they sent it didn't want to fix it but reading a not they placed inside the box where the watch was it said they offered to fix it but citycell decided not to fix it and send it back hoe it was I got my 200 dollars back but I lost a 800 dollar watch because not that it's open apple can't fix it so don't bother here the staff it nice but this place amazes me how it's open and I'm so sad I lost my watch and it's may and the bands haven't came in form them just bad service overall read more

The shop is fast and efficient. They have enough business to offer OEM parts for iPhone and I assume any brand. Made the mistake of taking my iPhone 7 to another repair facility and the broken glass was replaced with an extremely cheap knock-off. The colors were off and it didn't work well. City Cell said the knock-off cost about $12.50 and I was charged $89. They replaced the bad part with OEM. Turn around time for a phone is an hour or two. Excellent. read more

Absolutely horrible. I paid 120$ for a new screen for my iPhone and in less than 30 days the screen was lifting off my phone. I keep my phone in a great Lifeproof case so I know I did not damage the phone screen. I took the my phone back to the mchenry location and they would not honor the warranty. I kept my receipt and you can see my phone is in great condition and yet I walked away from the store today with the loss off my 120$ and my phone even worse than when I initially brought it in.
