I brought in 2 iPad Gen9 one with a shattered screen and another with a charger broken off in the port. They fixed the one with broken port for free for me took less than 5 min. The broken screen took a little longer but they replaced the battery as well that was damaged and they called me to inform me the battery was damaged and needed replaced. He even changed/fixed our thermal compound problem w/out us asking. Juan is legit. I dropped my phone and broke it really. Front screen, glass, housing and back glass was cracked. iPhone 14 pro max was also slightly bent from the drop. I came to the shop thinking that I only have to replace the front and back glass, hoping that the aluminum housing is salvageable. Bad news is everything but the internals are needed to be replaced. Juan gave me an amazing deal to replace the housing, front and back glass. I picked up the phone and dang it looked great, compared to how I brought it him. The screen isn't the same as OEM but I cannot complain. My phone went from trash to almost new. I can't thank Juan enough. They will be my go to for electronics repair from now on. read more

So here is a little background. Apple says the Max is water resistant up to two meters of water and up to 30 minutes submerged. Both are a crock of poop. Wife's phone died when she submerged it under six inches of water and for about 20-30 seconds in about ten second increments. So wife takes her dead phone to Apple and Apple says the phone is dead. They offered her a replacement for $600 on top of the payments we are currently paying. So this phone will now cost me over 1600 bucks. Their excuse was when they did the water test, it was in a controlled environment. Come on Apple then don't say it can be submerged in two meters for thirty minutes if it can't be. But then again they make more money off of dead phones with that bogus data. I thought I was doomed until I found this place. I spoke with Juan over the phone who said to bring the phone in. He said he can check it out. I am thinking no way he can fix it but the man sounded confident. I dropped the phone off and within a couple of hours Juan calls me telling me the phone works but needs a new lcd screen. The cost to repair would be $175. I was in shock. This young man took a dead phone and brought it to life. Juan tells me there is a slight color difference with the after market screen. I think he is crazy because I thought the screen looked great. Haha. Juan you're amazing bud! One small issue we did run into. The Face ID won't register. Everything works but for some reason we just can't get the Face ID to register. Does this mean this affects Juan's rating, HECK NO!!! We went from a dead phone to a fixed phone for $175 and not $755 for a new phone. Juan tried to do some adjustments but couldn't get it done. He did offer to look at the mother board. This man can do it all. Seriously this guy did an amazing job. I definitely recommend his services for water damaged phones. read more
