I brought in 3 phones he put 80$ sticky notes to replace back screens on 2 of the i phones and 120$ sticky note on a iPhone pro max total price 280 when I was about to pay he stopped me and told me i should pay after I should have went with my first mind because i ended up being over charged I ended up forgetting the sticky notes and paying what he wrote down which was a extra 80$ he added equally 360 when I told him later on he said we agreed on that price and don't remeber wat I'm talking about and said I'm lucky because he usually charges more couple days later the phone that has been siiting untouched I turned back on and there was a pink line thru it that wasn't there before and he says it was his work that did that but can bring it up there and pay and he'll fix it I recommend if you do go to them know what's wrong with your phone exactly take pictures and write down exactly what he says because he will definitely change what he said or prices this is not the best of business. This is just spread awareness that if you trust that they're going to have you and their best favor they're not if u give him a chance to get over on u they will he could have easily fixed the screen because I was already over charged .!!! The owner thinks he can fix phones but in actuality the 2 phones he fixed of mine were both botched because he rushed. Then he argued with me in the middle of the store when I questioned his technical ability. But what do you know his employee ended up fixing the phone that the owner botched. So long story short even though the worker there is REALLY talented at his craft, I cannot in good conscience endorse the business because I won't know who actually will be repairing my phone and if it will be done correctly. And the owner has super poor customer service skill. So the employee should start his own business. He'd make a fortune on his own. read more

Sargon repaired my phone perfectly. I will list reasons to use Cellular solutions. 1) Must make and appointment with Apple up to a week. Then a 3-4 hr wait to repair iPhone onsite. Sargon took 15 minutes. 2) Best Buy sends phone out 3-5 days, And charged up to $169.00. $100 repair costs $300. Took my phone in for the screen to be repaired and came back with a broken mic. I took it back and he owned up that he had covered the mic with screen tape and tried to scratch it off, (I read instructions online about not poking it to clear an obstruction. Did not offer to make it right, to refund the labor part of the screen replacement. I'm out $100 for the screen and $200 for a new phone I am still waiting to have delivered. read more

I was near Stockton so I searched for a place I might get my phone fixed or replaced. Down 99 in Modesto was a place in Yelp that said they can fix my phone. Few hours later I was at Cellular Solutions. It was just off 99 and easy to find. Typical phone store. Nice selection of accessories. The lady was very pleasant and said it'll take a bit to get it fixed or I can get a new one. I didn't want to pay for a new iPhone so I elected to have it fixed. They did a great job. It's been almost a week and its working great. I like a place that does what they say they will at a price they quoted. I went back to this business to get some work they had done on my IPad 4th Generation. Upon my arrival I was greeted very friendly by Ashley and once I explained the issue she took a look at the issue and agreed with my claim. She gave the IPad to the technician and in about 20 minutes the issue was resolved. My IPad was looking almost like brand new and 100% better than the first repair. Thank you for your speedy service when the Apple store was awful. We were at apple for 2 1/2 hours and they said they would replace the battery after telling them the battery was replaced by batteries plus twice. The Apple store said they would replace the aftermarket battery and after waiting for a total of 2 & 1/2 hours, they brought the phone out and told us that they could not replace it because it was an aftermarket battery. So when I broke the screen in my current phone and decided I wasn't needing an upgrade to a new one I figured to try here again. Just in case, looked up the current Yelp reviews and everything still seemed good. In addition I saw the discount for checking in while there which I definitely would take advantage of later. Drove over to the shop mid afternoon, went in and was the only customer at the time so no waiting. Didn't catch his name, but the guy was friendly and I showed him the damage to the phone and was quickly quoted a price and time estimate. I agreed and it only took about 20 minutes. I read the reviews and this business had great reviews. I paid $140.00 for the glass on my iPad to be replaced. The work was completed in a few hours, I was told, any issues just bring the IPAD back. I thought it was great. In two days, the glass was broken without dropping the iPad or causing any damage. I took the IPad back. The man at the store said he would have to talk to the owner, but would call me when he had an answer. No call, I called the store back the next day. The young man stuttered about he did not get a clear answer from the owner. He said he would check and call me right back. Again, no call back, I called and they said they would not cover the broken glass, it was not there fault. Horrible customer service and clearly the glass used was thinner and installed incorrectly to have it break without any physical damage. I would NOT recommend this business. I should have followed advice of a local computer vendor and taken the IPad to a repair shop in Manteca. read more
