I had needed a phone unlock, screen repaired, and new battery installed on my iPhone 5. He had the screen and battery changed out very quickly and without error. I was optimistic yesterday called and got a decent sounding gentleman gave a good quote and planned to meet today . Today I don't know what happened I called him no answer texted got a very late reply no callbacks and confusing answers that made no sense and asked questions I had already gone over in text and on phone . Fabian did an awesome job fixing my husbands iphone . We are from San Jose and we had gone to get the phone checked out at a few places here but no one was able to fix his phone . They said it was the battery but no location we took the phone to was able to successfully fix his phone . One of my husbands coworkers recommened us to this location and man I must say!!!!! Once I walked in and saw his station he had and his gadgets he has to work on for the phones I was like omg ! This guy must be really good !! and he is ! He took a look, opened up the phone and bomb !!! He said its the battery but there looks like there will be an issue with a chip in the motherboard and it was . We were in no rush to have the phone back so we left it there and picked it up the following weekened and so far so good ! IM SUPER HAPPY We were recommened to this Location!
