NNIS is the best! They have been very helpful, honest and professional! Thank you for all your help!!!

I brought my Dell Inspiron laptop in because it was very noisy and sluggish. Alex helped me and he was great in communicating what could be the problem. Ofc my laptop behaved perfectly when he was diagnosing it but that's always the case ;) he installed and updated the SW drivers etc but found no major issues. He made some recommendations about factory warranty etc but it has been behaving better since. The cost for the diagnosis was zero! Which wow, I would have thought they charge for the time he took to even look at it. Highly recommend for IT issues. read more

THANK YOU Myron at NNIS! I called your shop today in desperation. My computer started talking to me this morning....don't laugh. Ok, you can laugh, it was kinda funny. I've never seen this happen before, but a page popped up and told me my computer was locked and to call a special number. The message kept repeating and I had a meeting, so I went to another room while my computer was freaking out. After my first meeting ended, I only had 40 minutes before my next meeting and I needed my computer. I called 3 other computer repair businesses and they either sounded sketchy, expensive or too much time to get my computer serviced. My last call was NNIS. I wasn't even going to call, but something said, last try. I called and Myron answered the phone. He gave me his price and time frame and it didn't work with what I needed. Exasperated, I just told him my problem. Myron said, "oh, you don't have a virus, I can walk you through how to fix that right now...free of charge." What?! I was freaking out about what I was going to do and here we have Myron saving the day! Within 5 minutes....FIVE MINUTES YALL! Myron fixed my problem. Thank you Myron for saving the day! I will certainly come back with any issues in the future. You ROCKED IT TODAY!! read more

If you have computer/tech issues, look no further than NNIS! Cami and her team have helped our small business on a number of occasions, and they truly go above and beyond! All our experiences with them have resulted in great outcomes! The last round of help was a repair on my work laptop and Cami left it even better than she found it! She is also a true joy to work with! If you need help with your computers, just call them! You will be happy you did :) read more

Thank you NNIS. My laptop had problem and I found NNIS from Yelp, which is very close to me, the most important is their 5 starts rating. It is really right, they fixed the problem with a very reasonable price. They called me couple of days later to follow up, make sure everything is good. Very satisfied with their service read more

Showed up promptly. Quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. Called back later to make sure everything was ok. Strongly recommend.

Diagnosed and repaired my computer problem in under ten minutes. Professional and courteous. I'll definitely go back when I have a computer repair issues. read more

This is the only company I would use for computer repair. Cami was so helpful in a desperate time of need for me and my family. She went far beyond anything I would have expected when I asked her if she could retrieve files from my niece's computer after my niece passed away. We wanted to get her pictures off of the computer and she was able to do it for us. Not only did they do that, but they repaired the computer and filed everything so it would be easily accessible for her parents. Not only did they do a fantastic job they treated the awful situation with incredible heart. I will forever be grateful for Cami and her company. read more

I've used NNIS computer repair for years. I routinely refer friends and business associates to them. They're the most capable and customer-centered IT support source in Tracy, hands down. I, literally, would not go anywhere else. NNIS prices are fair. They make helpful recommendations. Their techs are knowledgeable and tenacious at tracking down problems. And, they refuse to give you a bill until you're road tested the computer they've worked on and they're confident that all the issues are resolved. read more

NNIS is my go to place for all my computer needs. They are professional, efficient, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and their communication skills are excellent. I was having problems with my computer and gave them a call. I brought my desktop to them, they fixed the problem, and returned it in a timely fashion, spending time at my home to make sure everything was working properly. A couple days later I came across a different problem, not related to the first, and they were happy to help me remotely. I will continue to use NNIS and will refer them to family and friends. Thanks so much! read more

My laptop had multiple problems including running so slowly and the trackpad being way too sensitive. NNIS tried a phone and web consult but couldn't even get into my computer because of all the problems. So they took it in and in a few hours had it humming along with no trackpad problems. I almost got a new laptop but this saved me almost $1000! I'm going back to them to fix the hinge now on the laptop - an option he told me about but didn't push on me. They are great! I love having a good computer repair company nearby! read more

Thank you so much to Devin. Super helpful in my time of need. He solved my computer issue very quickly and was awesome.

This review is long overdue. This is the second computer I brought to Anthony to fix. Anthony is wonderful! He kept me informed every step of the way and I felt very comfortable with him. Prior to bringing my computer to NNIS, Anthony had a 30 minute conversation with me about troubleshooting the computer myself to see if it was something that I could fix on my own. Understanding how this is a business to make money I respected the fact that he was willing to see if I could fix it myself before bringing it in for service. Subsequently Anthony determined that nothing was wrong with my computer. He even took it apart and ran some tests to make sure of this. He didn't end up charging me anything for that service and I thought that was honorable. The next computer I brought in Anthony was able to get to the problem and fix it immediately. The service was quick and he kept me notified every step of the way. 5 stars for NNIS! read more

I contacted Cami with NNIS regarding my broken laptop screen and she was quick and very courteous in her reply. Unfortunately the repair was unable to be done by NNIS, however, Cami went out of her way to find other places and approximate prices to recommend to me that could help me with my repair. This was going above and beyond what I was expecting and I appreciate the great customer service from Cami with NNIS. read more

I'm a pretty tech-savvy guy. I did IT Helpdesk and some freelance work for a number of years, it's no longer my profession, and quite frankly, I'm tired of it. I just want to hand it off to someone else. Thank goodness for Cami and her employees! Absolute professionals and they know their stuff! If I'm not sure what the problem is, I take it to them. If I AM sure of what the problem is...I still take it to them! Turns out, since I'm not keeping up with current technology like they are, I misdiagnose more than I correctly identify the problem! Not only do they diagnose the problem correctly, but it's usually a cheaper problem to solve than what I was going to do! (With less time and frustration, too!) They could easily confuse people with technical jargon and try to up-sell, but they don't. Honesty and great service - what more could you ask for? They offer more than PC repair, too! Ask them about backup solutions such as Carbonite for your backup needs - don't wait until you lose all your data! Data recovery can cost THOUSANDS of dollars. Cami and her team will help you find the right solution. read more

This was amazing!!! My right monitor was flickering and started to go on me, which is not a good thing for a website developer. Devin answered my e-mail within 5 minutes and was at my house within a half hour with a replacement monitor, which he easily installed. I highly recommend NNIS to anyone with IT issues. read more

Cami Brumburgh of NNiS is a life saver. Both mine and my wife's computers crashed after upgrading to Windows 10. Cami came to the rescue and got us up and running as good as new! She is amazing at what she does! Thank you so much!!!! read more

I had an issue with my laptop when it stopped working. I was able to easily make an appointment and have Cami have a look at my laptop. Unfortunately, the laptop was no longer operable, but Cami was understanding of my situation and was kind enough to waive the disassembly fee. NNIS was recommended to us by our marketing people. We are a business with 2 servers and approximately 30 work stations. Our systems and documentation were in disarray prior to Cami and Myron getting involved due to rapid growth and poor system management. They are competent, responsive, and put forth great effort to work around our business. In the short time they have been working with us they have addressed several critical issues and have prioritized goals for the future with respect to our system. If you appreciate competence and efficiency you will love NNIS. read more

My laptop was acting like it had keyboard hardware problems, so I brought it in and Anthony had it diagnosed, fixed and back to me the next day. I will bring any future computer/network issues to them, no question about it. read more

I'm So Happy I Found NNIS. Inc. Best Place To Get Your Computer Fix. I Came Here To Get My Old HP Fix. It Had A Virus And Didn't Start. All My Pictures And Music Was Saved On To My Computer. I Panicked Because I Didn't Want To Lose All My Memory. The Young Man That Helped Me (Anthony) Suggested That I Buy A New Computer And He Can Transfer All My Old Memory To The New Hard Drive. My Old Hard Drive Was To Old To Repair. Soon, As I Bought A New Computer, Anthony Transferred All My Pictures,Music And Old Flies. He Set Up Windows 8 On My New Computer. He Made It So Easy For Me To Access My Computer (The New Windows Software Can Be Confusing). He Also Recycled My old Hard Drive For Me. I'm Extremely Thankful. Best Customer Service Hands Down. Orlando saved the day! My daughter's laptop died and she was getting ready to head off to college. I called first thing on Monday morning and he had me bring it right in spent time doing a diagnostic check then determined the hard drive was still in good working condition. Amazing. Awesome. Super. Professional. Knowledgeable. Just some of the words I am going to use to describe my experience with Jared at NNIS!! I could not figure out why my back ups were not working properly on my MAC. He patiently and thoroughly went file by file to figure it out. This was way over my head and yet with a few key strokes he was able to resolve. Thank you for your time and your patience!! NNIS is always great at reminding us of the importance of backing up our systems. I feel confident my computer is protected & backed up properly!! Thank you Jared & NNIS!! read more

Wow! Unlike their Tracy competitors, this repair facility treated me like with respect, and actual interest in what was going on with my desktop computer. (Other places have bored employees who think they are doing you a great favor by showing up for work.) This was the first time I have trusted my computer to them, their prices are very fair, and their attention to detail is astounding. It is no wonder that the other reviewers rated them so high. I wish I had found these folks years ago. read more

Cami and her staff at NNIS are GREAT! I have actually been using NNIS for quite some time. Just whenever I need computer help, they are always there for me. My recent interaction with them prompted me to write this review. These folks really go above and beyond, Anthony, Myron, Orlando and Cami provide outstanding personal service. They will even call you back days later to check and see all is well with what was your issue. They are always available to answer questions. The fees are very reasonable, but mostly, they really know their stuff. Im just a "small guy", Im sure they would be invaluable to any business. Customer service was beyond belief. They even checked in with me after I received my computer to ensure that all was perfect before billing me and, said that they would be available for any questions I have. I was in a complete panic this morning when my computer died. My entire life is on there. I'm a social worker, nonprofit founder, and graduate student. The loss of all this information would have been so detrimental to me. I called Cami Brumburgh and knowing I have a totally chaotic schedule, she sent a guy to pick up my computer. He had it back to me 5 hours later. It was a glitch with the internal battery and it is back to normal. I almost cried. I feel so incredibly blessed that Cami and her crew came to my rescue so fast! We were having problems with a lot of pop-ups and annoying advertisements, we went on Yelp to look for a repair store and read the reviews and took it to NNIS. Their technician, Anthony, kept us informed with what was being done and how long it would be. We are happy with their customer service. When we got the computer back we had no pop-ups nor glitches with programs. We had a few questions and when we went back in, Anthony took time to explain things again to us. Myron and his staff saved the day!!! I have a small Quilt Shop, Roxy's, in Tracy and do all my work and accounting on my Apple MacBook Pro. A glass of lemon aid was accidentally spilled on my keyboard and thankfully we got it wiped up quickly but the keys were still sticking. So a friend highly recommended NNIS. They took it in late in the evening, cleaned it up and I was back in business early the very next day and NO MORE STICKY KEYS! They were very considerate of how I was using the laptop for business and got right on it and had it back to me in time for me to get my business taken care of for the next day. Thanks again Myron for your professionalism and consideration. We will surely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing computer repair or assistance and those who appreciate integrity in the people you do business with. read more
