Customer Service doesn't get any better, and the quality of workmanship is outstanding. I went into the shop blind - never used them before, and walked out a 100% believer in Zeno Aini. He diagnosed my laptop's problem, and had it fixed in under 30 seconds, treating me from the start as a valued repeat customer, rather than a walk-in service who would probably never be back. When I asked how much the service would be, Mr. Aini said "no charge", that he hadn't done any "work". Might've not been work to him, but it was a lifesaver for me, allowing me to file required paperwork with the government that saved me nearly $250,000. He basically lied to me and said my computer that I bought from him can handle windows 11 and I got stuck with windows 10. Plus it crashes every time. It was 650$ or so. My computer wasn't displaying anything. The owner gave me an incorrect diagnostic check for my computer and most of what I was charged for was disassembly and reassembly for the computer parts when I could of done it myself. Overall, I had to troubleshoot it myself and figure out how to fix it which wasted the money and time spent over here. The issue he said was the mother board so I had to rma it and the pc still doesn't work, then I bought a new motherboard, didn't work still... but the actual problem was the software for the gpu, after uninstalling the software the pc works fine. If you have a pre-built computer/laptop, you can definitely have him help you out for some basic problems. HOWEVER, don't go here if you have a custom built computer like me, just do it yourself, it can save you time and money where you can actually fix it. read more

I recently went to Z Computer Pro to have my tablet repaired. After reading some other reviews I was a bit nervous but they're only a couple of minutes away from my home so I decided to try them for myself. I'm glad I did. The owner was pleasant and offered to give me an estimate. I asked how much that would cost and he replied "Nothing". Over the next week he communicated to me what would be needed and that he needed to get a cost on a part. With the next call I was given the price. I decided I would be better off just getting a new tablet. I thanked him for his time, and just to be sure I asked him how much I owed him. He again told me "Not a thing". I later stopped by and picked up the tablet. Though I didn't use Z Computer Pro this time I would definitely try them again. read more

SHADY!!! My experience with Z Computer Pro was my worst experience EVER with any business in my 36 years of life! Don't go! Trust me. I am lazy usually and don't write reviews but this lame company compelled me to write this review and take them to court. This is what happened: So I built this computer by myself a year back and recently it just died. It doesn't even start up the POST so I figure it's the motherboard. I order a new motherboard and doesn't work, I can't figure it so I take it to this dishonest company. I call them and they say it will cost $35 dollars to do a diagnostic. I agree. A few days later they call me and say they can't find the problem so they need to charge $120 to find and fix the problem. I agree (in hindsight, this was my mistake. What was I thinking?) He calls me and said my computer is fixed and to come pick it up. One of the main reasons I brought it to the shop is to figure out what was wrong with it. I ask him and he says, "What does it matter? You brought your computer to get fixed and it's fixed." Seriously, he said that. Then I argue that for $120 I should be told what the root cause was. I get to thinking that he doesn't know and that by blind luck it started working. I argue with him on the phone for a while to just tell me what he found and did. He says, "Do you want me to give you a class?" The only thing he could tell me that he did was reset the jumper on the motherboard which involves placing a piece of metal on two contacts. I said I tried that and it doesn't work. He says maybe he got lucky. I said, "so it cost me a jump from $35 to $120 to do that?" Anyway, I argue that he shouldn't charge me $120 for that but he won't budge and I am sick of arguing with him so I reluctantly pay and leave. When I get home and plug in the computer it works....for about 20 min. Then back to the same problem. I call up and say I want my money back. I knew he hadn't done anything else. He refuses so I say that I'm coming in and I want my money back. I get there and keep asking him, "Just explain to me what the root problem was and how you fixed it or give me my money back." He keeps saying, "you want a class?" Finally this is what he does: 1. Accuses me that I have an illegal copy of Windows. (false) 2. Accuse me of being a cheapskate (because I don't want to spend $120 for touching a piece of metal on two contacts. (true) 3. Tells me to get out of his store. Calls the cops on me (as I'm calling the cops on him...). As I left I told him that I will write a review on every review site I can find. He says to please do it. So per his wish, here it is. The next day I take my computer to Best Buy (totally should have done this from the start). I explain what is wrong with my computer and Chris there takes my computer without saying a word, performs a diagnosis on it in 5 minutes and tells me it is my processor, which I suspected. Then refuses to charge me anything for the diagnostic or to do any repairs on it, such as $120 motherboard jumps. Anyway, your experience may vary. read more

.......Beware Do Not Do Business Here...... .....They Are Shady Con-Artist ...... My husband and I bought a laptop from here on January 22. Before purchasing the laptop we asked if papers can be written on the laptop. We let the gentleman know that we were buying the laptop for our kids for school purposes. The man told us yes the laptop is fully functional. We bought the used HP laptop for $200. We then purchased an HP Envy printer from Best Buy on Monday 25. Keep in mind we already own a printer, but the laptop only works with wireless printers. On the 26 I try to hook the laptop up to the new Hp printer. And to my surprise the laptop would not connect with the printer. I also tried to hook it up to the the print at my grandmas house ( which is a different HP wireless mode). Still nothing!!! I proceed to call hp to trouble shoot the problem, still nothing. Today January 27 I try to return the laptop. The man tells us that he's going to change a $80 restocking fee or he can fix it for $100. Keep in mind it says we have 30 days to return it if there's any problems ( The problem was the laptop would not connect with a printer). It also says that they will charge a 15% restocking fee for returns if the laptop doesn't have any problems (basically if you change your mind and don't want it). We paid $200 for the laptop so if he was going to charge a restocking fee it should've been $30. But there should not of been a restocking fee because the laptop had a problem, not being able to connect to a printer. Let's not for get he was willing to fix the problem for $100. The man argue with my husband and I, as well as another gentleman who was not there the day we purchased a laptop. This man was over the top rude and talked down to me because I was a women. They were telling us that the printer we bought was cheap and must of been broken ( again it's brand new). And he refused to give us a full refund. Saying that we had the laptop for 5 days. And that he would take it back but he wanted to keep $80. Told us to look at it as if we had rented it at $10 a day ( still trying to figure out how 10×5 = 80). He raised his voice and made verbal threats. I asked him to show us how to hook it up to the printer since he claimed that wasn't an issue ( but again he was willing to fix the problem for $100). He told me he didn't have time ( too busy thinking about how he can get over on the next customer). I asked him again that if he could hook the laptop to up to a printer then I would take the laptop and leave. Again he refused to do so, saying he doesn't have a printer in his shop. Go figure!!! He had an excuse for everything I would come up with. He then said he's willing to sell us another laptop. Really I bet!! I refused to pay for another faulty item from this store. I told him we just wanted our money and we would leave. He said he's only willing to give us $120 back. After arguing for 45 minutes to an hour my husband and I walked away with only $150. In the end we lost $50 and our time. We will not be doing Business with this establishment NEVER EVER AGAIN. And I strongly encourage you to do the same. Save yourself the money time and headache. This is why people have a hard time supporting small businesses. Because places like this that are shady and crooked. The sad part about it is he will continue to con others. read more

My mother took in her laptop to get the virus cleaned out of her laptop after laptop sat there for a few days my mom called and she asked if her laptop was ready to be picked up the guy said yes it is come in. Mind you the laptop worked fine she only took it to remove all the virus's. So when she arrived the owner told her it's ready and my mom tried to turn on her lap top he had told her it's ready like if everything was ok she realized it wouldn't turn on and he said to her " you need a new fan your laptop is broken" my mom then told him no it was not broken when I brought and now your telling me it's broken. So she told him you mean to tell me it's been sitting here for a few days and now it's broken?! He didn't offer to repair it or anything. When clearly he broke it. My mother takes really good care of her things. She only went in to get virus's cleared up and now the fan is broken. So guess what now she has to purchase a new laptop. The guy was a total jerk about it too. I give him negative stars. This place is horrible don't take your stuff cause it will get broken. read more
