Z Phone Repair at 1892 West 11th Street in Tracy really went above and beyond. My phone wouldn't turn on, and they took the time to diagnose and even replace chips on the board. They repaired my old phone so I could log in to recover my Apple account, which was a bigger help than I expected. They were passionate, kind, and clearly care about what they do. I'd definitely recommend Z Phone Repair to anyone in the Tracy area. read more

Review #886 Posted on 5.23.25 We came to bring my son's phone in to Zee Phone Repair this week on Wednesday the 21st. Zamir took excellent care of us when we came in. He's super knowledgeable about what's the issue with your phone and if it can be fixed or not. He was able to diagnose my son's phone in seconds, then give us a quote to repair it. We left the phone with him and he repaired it in under the quoted time, saving us a trip back to the store to pick it up. He also gave us a great deal on a new case, and did a new screen protector for me as well. Highly recommend this place. read more

Stopped by today to get a tempered glass for my Wife's phone. Ended up buying one for her phone, one for mine, plus a protective case for her Apple watch. Zamir was very knowledgeable offering various options along with excellent installation. His prices were very reasonable also. Highly recommend Zee phone repair & electronics for anyone needing service. read more

As a local business owner, I find that it's rare to find other businesses that stand by their work. This company definitely does and we will be using them for future repairs. read more

After calling around other repair shops in town, I decided to give this one a shot. I recently had my son's iPad repaired here, and had a great experience start to finish. Zamir was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the repair process. I originally came in to have the audio port replaced, which he was able to order a new part and replace within the same week. I then had to come back to get the battery checked, and he was able to also get that fixed in a short turnaround time. I appreciate that his pricing is fair and trust that he will get the job done in a respectable amount of time. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing reliable tech repairs. Great service, fair pricing, and excellent results. read more

DISHONEST OWNER - it is disheartening when someone I trusted with my property did something shady like this! I took an iphone to get a new case back and battery on 12/24. Imagine my surprise when I received a "thank you for your review email from another site a few days later. The owner had entered a 5* review in my own name on another site on MY phone. It was my mistake to leave anything accessible on the phone, granted. After I updated the review and stated what the owner did, he doubled down and denied entering the review on my phone in my name. The email screenshot and the broken english prove the facts. This guy is suspect at best, I recommend you fond a different phone repair shop! read more

My phone was very messed up and not knowing what to do I went on in. Zee's straightened it out immediate & also taught me about some things on my phone read more

I went to Zee to have my inner double panel screen replaced on my pricey $2300 Samsung Zfold after it went out due to a hard drop. Thus is a very delicate & hard phone to work on & you really need to know what youre working on to do this one right. Zee ordered the original equipment & in the color of the tiny trim I wanted although you can barely see it. My gal came to pick up my phone before our vacation & Zee had did a perfect repair on the new inner screen. However he let my lady know that during the repair a screwdriver had tipped on the inside of the paper thin front screen causing two lines accross the screen but he owned up to the accident & has already ordered a brand new Samsung front panel which he promptly replaced in 30min once we returned from Hawaii on his time & on his dime. This man has several 5 star reviews & knows his stuff. And for the very small number of reviews stating he is dishonest in some way, well I strongly disagree. He sold me quality original replacement parts at cost & owned up to the mishaps making him a person of good integrity. Its five stars for me. I highly recommend this business. read more

I took my iPad into Zee Phone Repair & Electronics for diagnostics. I have been unable to charge it and then unable to turn it on. The diagnosis was that a new batter was needed. The rep provided me with my options and costs. I decided to take my iPad home with the possibility of purchasing a new one, but I was really impressed with the honest discussion of options and price. When I asked about the cost of the diagnostic test he initially told me it could be up to $50, but then did not charge me when I picked it up. Very customer friendly. I would come back for assistance. read more

Friendly & fast service This is the only place I to get my screens fixed and replaced. They always have all the parts needed and get it done very fast. I have been here literally 4 times and will always come back. I never had a bad experience. They have gotten back to me fast for a quote here on Yelp and also just dropping by they were able to quote me and fix it in like 20 minutes. I need to get the back of my iPhone replaced & I'm absolutely coming back here. They do the best job and I recommend to anyone! read more

Fixed a cracked iphone screen in less than 30min. Even fixed my game console too! Great prices!

I had a few phones repaired at other local repair shops and this is hands down the best. The customer service is what will keep me coming back. My son's iphone battery hand ballooned up and cracked the back glass of his iPhone 13 Pro Max. They explained the process and went over every detail of the repair. My son was very happy with the quality of repair, getting his phone back to normal. Thank you Zee phone repair! Highly recommend for your phone and electronics repair needs. read more

I got my phone screen repaired here once and turns out the screen he gave me was bad and it didn't work right, so I went back, he then replaced the new screen with a different lower quality screen and he said "these screens don't drain your battery like the other screens do". I have been using this screen for about a month now and my battery has drained the fastest I've ever seen on any phone, also I work a very dusty job and it had never been a big problem with my phone, but ever since this guy put a new screen, there has been dust creeping inside my front facing camera and my Face ID is no longer working. read more

awesome service highly recommend. Great customer service best price out of 5 different places.

Rude especially to people with a disability. Very disappointed. Helpful on the first visit but not the last two.

Strange, he deleted my review....bottom line....avoid at all cost...they have no idea how to work on laptops....two weeks...kept changing hard drive...and now I cannot get Outlook to work...they wanted to keep changing drives and adding memory....finally just paid them to return the laptop as it was and I will take to somewhere else...and...my credit card was hacked the day after I paid them...(see his response...not a word is accurate...$220 was the bill..and strange...today my phone has constant spam calls....and instead of resolving the issue...he uses Yelp retribution). read more
