I was not greeted or acknowledged professionally and was simply told to "have a seat," without any explanation of the process or what to expect next. After waiting for 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, there was still no communication regarding the delay or an estimated wait time. The lack of basic courtesy and communication made it clear that my appointment time was not being respected. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, especially given that the appointment was pre-scheduled through Apple. As a result, I have lost confidence in using this location for any future Apple product support and do not plan to return.

I've never seen this happen before, but a page popped up and told me my computer was locked and to call a special number. The message kept repeating and I had a meeting, so I went to another room while my computer was freaking out. After my first meeting ended, I only had 40 minutes before my next meeting and I needed my computer. I called 3 other computer repair businesses and they either sounded sketchy, expensive or too much time to get my computer serviced. My last call was NNIS. I wasn't even going to call, but something said, last try. I called and Myron answered the phone. He gave me his price and time frame and it didn't work with what I needed. Exasperated, I just told him my problem. Myron said, "oh, you don't have a virus, I can walk you through how to fix that right now...free of charge." What?! It's great, you just show them your return QR code and they will take your item. Also a box doesn't seem to be needed, but when I brought one it got taped for me (no charge). Great value and service! It is located in a convenient spot just across from the Home Depot in town, in the same shopping area. Pro-tip: Take a screen shot of your QR return code/s while still in the parking lot, because I've had trouble with my phone internet taking forever to pull it up/not pulling up, while in the return line in the store. This way, you will not be panicking to pull it up while others are waiting. Or, stepping out of line to go outside and pull the codes, then having to get back in line (which I've had to do).

By 7:00, she was yelling for customers to get out, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I understand stores have closing times, but customers who are already inside and ready to check out should be treated with basic courtesy, not rushed out the door. In other stores, employees typically allow a few extra minutes to complete purchases without making customers feel unwelcome. Because of how poorly this was handled, I chose not to buy anything. It was a frustrating experience and a waste of my time. I would recommend going elsewhere if you expect respectful customer service.
