Ofc my laptop behaved perfectly when he was diagnosing it but that's always the case ;) he installed and updated the SW drivers etc but found no major issues. He made some recommendations about factory warranty etc but it has been behaving better since. The cost for the diagnosis was zero! Which wow, I would have thought they charge for the time he took to even look at it. Highly recommend for IT issues.
