I've never seen this happen before, but a page popped up and told me my computer was locked and to call a special number. I called 3 other computer repair businesses and they either sounded sketchy, expensive or too much time to get my computer serviced. My last call was NNIS. My American Express Credit card was charged the same date the order was placed which leads me to believe that the status you are displaying is misleading to consumers.
