In this day and age it's hard to find someone who takes pride in their business and their work. The owner of Z Computer Pro is highly knowledgeable in all things Networking and Computers, but when I had an emergency with my home computer he made me a top priority and had me back up and running the day I brought him the needed part. I know it wasn't important to him that my computer decided to stop working at the most inopportune time, but it was very important to me and he treated me with the upmost respect and made me feel like I was his number one priority. If you are having problems don't hesitate to take your troubles to Z Computer Pro.

My mother took in her laptop to get the virus cleaned out of her laptop after laptop sat there for a few days my mom called and she asked if her laptop was ready to be picked up the guy said yes it is come in. Mind you the laptop worked fine she only took it to remove all the virus's. So when she arrived the owner told her it's ready and my mom tried to turn on her lap top he had told her it's ready like if everything was ok she realized it wouldn't turn on and he said to her " you need a new fan your laptop is broken" my mom then told him no it was not broken when I brought and now your telling me it's broken. So she told him you mean to tell me it's been sitting here for a few days and now it's broken?! He didn't offer to repair it or anything. When clearly he broke it. My mother takes really good care of her things. She only went in to get virus's cleared up and now the fan is broken. So guess what now she has to purchase a new laptop. The guy was a total jerk about it too. I give him negative stars. This place is horrible don't take your stuff cause it will get broken. read more

We provide on-site repair, sales and services in our store as well as onsite services to our client's home and or business. We service and repair various electronics such as computer desktops, laptops, cell and related office equipment. Z Computer Pro also provides Networking design and implementation, Data Recovery and files retrieval. In addition we provide Database solutions, design and implementation for small and medium business. Our certified graphic designers and desktop publishing can customize materials for your home or business needs. Our staff has over 20 years of technical experience servicing personal computers, networks and Microsoft products. All of our technical staff is accredited by major software vendors (such as Microsoft) and hardware (Dell/HP/IBM/Toshiba /Acer /Compaq/etc.) vendors...

Meet the Business Owner: Zeno A.

Zeno has been a computer network administrator for over 25 years. He has received certification from Apple, IBM, Cisco and is a holder of an MCSE certification from Microsoft. He received his A+ Certification in computer networking and has been providing tech support for companies such as Sony/Ericksen, Northrup Gruman & Apple since 1992. Zeno has been a Tracy resident since 1996 and enjoys the small hometown feel of the community. In addition to raising his four children, he and his wife are avid soccer fans. Zeno volunteered as assistant coach for both the boys and girls soccer teams at one of our local high schools for the past eight years. Z Computer Pro Gives Back- collecting electronic items for recycling donating the proceeds to local charities. Zeno takes pride in communicating with his clients and turning customers into friends. He oversees all work himself and often tutors and advises customers on ways to avoid computer problems.

The address on record is a UPS store and there is no way to contact them. This is where I went to find them. Good Luck everybody. I also sent them an e-mail but never got any response. I am very disappointed with the service provided by Practical Creative and not sure about their business ethics. Nobody has contacted me since my web site went down and today is Sept 30th, 2020. I have tried many times to contact your office by phone but I am not able to get any person on the phone. Finally on Tuesday Sept 15, 2020 I did talk to some gentleman in your office ( Sorry forgot his name ) and was told that your server was attached by a Ransomware and that he was trying to install the programs from the backup system and we should be up by Wednesday Morning. Wednesday morning we were still down and I called many times and finally talked to the gentleman ( Sorry for the name ) in your office and was promised that we will be up soon. It is Friday Night now and we are still down and no one in your office is answering the phone. I tried calling all day. Your main line does not even ring and nothing happens. I took my niece laptop to this computer pro place and told the gentleman that it had a virus and wouldn't keep a charge nor open tabs or to the web! Also my niece was applying for colleges so it was time sensitive! He was on top of it and fix the problem in a timely manner, updated her laptop removed the viruses and fixed few other issues he found with in less then 36hrs! This gentleman was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable about computers. He was able to fix the split case of my Toshiba laptop and in just a couple days. He called with an estimate and ordered the part and the computer was done a couple days later. It is just like new. Learned of Z Computer Pro when I lived in Tracy several years ago. Now living 214+ miles away. In May, I drove those 214+ miles to get my laptop screen replaced. It was finished sooner than I expected (while I shopped and reminisced around town) and is working perfectly. Called Z Computer Pro and they ran a diagnostic test within 15 minutes of my call and had my computer completely fixed within 1/2 an hour. 10/10 friendly customer service, educated me on the hardware I was trying to install, and all for a great price.
