I'm so happy and satisfied with the outcome of my car having a quality tint. The staff are super nice and very accomodating & will even help you to pick the kind of tint that you want. They even do car wrapping or customs signs for businesses. If you want some quality work to your vehicle while also having a friendly staff. This is the best place! Big thanks to the owner - Juan for being open-minded, patient and hospitable. No wonder this place keeps booming after 17 years. read more

Great customer service and timely work completed. I called them as soon as they opened and they were able to get me right in.

Easy and good service tinted my windows for good price didnt have to wait too long got me in and out

I took advantage of a Groupon opportunity during the summer for 5 windows tinted on my Model Y. I walked in on a Saturday and they had an opening for tinting 2 hours later. I came back with my vehicle and they started right away. I asked for an estimate on how long the tint job could take. The lady at the front counter said it could be up to 2 hours. My wife and I waited there in their waiting area while the job was being done. There was a vending machine with several snack options available as well as bottled water and coffee. It took under an hour to complete the job. Overall, the purchase was handled very professionally from the moment I was greeted to being handed my keys back. I highly recommend. read more

I requested bids on two separate jobs over the last year. Several times they said they were going to come out to look at our building and never came out. Also had a vehicle I wanted them to partially wrap. I had talkrd with a nice lady and she had me text them pictures. Then I never heard back. So that's two times in about 1 year. I guess they don't need the business read more

I'm very disappointed that I have to write this review. I contacted this company to wrap a company van. The van has typical failed paint in various areas. So I expected the price to be higher than usual. They charged me $4500.00. When I came to pick the van up after the service was completed, I immediately noticed that a part of the roof was not wrapped -which it should have been as it was a specific part of our written discussion. The woman told me that the owner wanted to wait until I arrived to pick the van up to explain why he didn't wrap that part of the van. I asked why didn't he call me to get clearance to make such a call. Ultimately, I had to leave the van and drive back to the city for which I live. This caused a bit of a headache because the van was scheduled to be in service the following morning. The next day I returned to pick the van up and noticed there was white and black over-spray paint all over the van.. on the windows, rubber seals, the driver and passenger doors and across the dash. All four tires had red and white over-spray (paint) all over the tires. I also noticed they misplaced the wording of the company logo on the driver side fender of the van. The wording was placed on the crease of the fender which distorted the writing making it difficult to read. The passenger side was placed perfectly above the crease. When I pointed these things out to the tech who brought my van to me- two gentleman came into the parking lot with gasoline and acetone to remove the paint. Unfortunately, they were unsuccessful. Please keep in mind that I too am standing in 108 degree weather as they try this tactic. When I brought these things to their attention via email on the same day of pick up- they simply stopped responding. To this day, now about two weeks later, I still have not heard from them. I would warn any hard working person to avoid this place until the owner/management learns the value of integrity, accountability timely communication. As a business owner, I did not want to write this review, but as a consumer we all deserve to be treated with a proper level of respect. read more

We LOVE JP's Signs and Graphics! I ordered several quotes from Yelp. We went with JP Graphics for our new Tesla Model 3. They got us in and out in a few days. Great people! Great customer service! They work hard and they never stop until it's done perfect! They do amazing work! I highly recommend them. No one beat their prices for the best products money can buy-no one. I decided to tint my Focus windows since it gets so hot in Stockton. It was my first time getting tint done on any of my cars and now I wish I would have done it sooner. I contacted them through Yelp, dropped my car off for their special which was an excellent price I think, and picked it up on the same day before heading out to work. It's been about a week since I got the tint and it looks flawless. I've got many compliments on my car which I usually didn't get and the sun doesn't blind me now. Will return when I get my next car soon. Thank you! read more

The work is quality and a good price. However the customer service is crap. I was told I could drop my car off at 9am no problem. I show up right at 9 only to find out apparently they only have 1 window tint guy and he won't be in until 11. I asked if I would get my car back by one and was told no problem. Then they kept pushing back the time, ended up not getting my car back until 3. I was late to picking my kids up from school. If you can go without your car for an entire day, then I would recommend this place. If you are limited on time I would definitely go somewhere else. read more

As a business owner i run into all sorts of other business that are rip offs and scammers. JP was very professional, Betty explained all the options and prices over the phone; with CoViD they were able to schedule me the very next week. The facility was clean and their waiting area was nice with vending machines as well. They did an awesome job with the tints and turned out the way I wanted. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for tints. They finished the job in about 2.5 hours as promised and I was on my way. They back their products with lifetime warranty as well. Great staff, timely and professional. read more

I hardly write reviews and when I do it's usually a positive one, being a local business owner my self I understand how sometime we all make mistakes,I always give them a chance to fix it,how ever with this company this is not the case.So here is my story of doing business with this company. My Buisness relationship with this company started in the last week of October 2015,a young man who goes by Razi, came in to my store. Well spoken and was really determined that he could take care of all our graphic/design wrap needs. So we signed a contract with this company and wrote them check for $1200 as a deposit.i met him on a Wednesday and he said let me finish off some small projects until the weekend and we'll start your work on Monday. Monday comes and he's on vacation! For a whole week! Work was then suppose to start next when he gets back. I had to take the initiative to go to the shop and get the digital graphics made. Then Monday comes and they're supposed to start to install the work that I had them get done at their shop for 3 hours. The week goes by saying tomorrow, tomorrow etc. I decided to not continue with the project any longer and Razi says he doesn't work there anymore. A couple weeks go by and they finally come and install our banner,(I will post pics to show how bad of a job they did).we also ordered a maroon decal for our window, they came and installed a white one,we had a wrap made for our Ice cream freezer,Razi apparently does not know how to measure and it turned out to be too big.So they ended up installing it on the wall.i will post pics of everything I'm talking about. This company is absolutely the worst!!!!!! This company by far is the worst professional relationship I ever had.Today is 12/09/15 and the banner is still not fixed, and we just received our 5k Buisness cards.it took this company 1 month and 11 days to print 5000 Buisness cards.they refuse to come and fix the white decal that was suppose to be maroon!! They told us today that someone will be here tomorrow 12/10/15 to fix the banner,we"ll wait and see if they show up. We tried every avenue to get these issues resolved but no response so I had no choice but to write this review. read more

I made the trip out to see them to ask for a quote on some signage I needed for my small business. After speaking to a nice gentleman and giving him some details about the project (including emailing him some logos & sizing information) I was promised a quote back "soon." The next day I received an email stating that they would get something to me the "soon." However "soon" became them totally ghosting me. I then followed up with emails asking for updates over the next 4 weeks. No response. I then followed up with "Please let me know if you do not have time for this project, so I can move on." No response. Being a business owner, I understand being overwhelmed with the day-to-day, but to just completely ignore a customer for over a month, that's just rude. From what I saw on their yelp page & when I visited, they seem to do good work (especially with the car wraps), but have failed me with their non-existent communication. read more
