Got my brand new 2026 RAV4 tinted here just 2 days after purchase, and I'm honestly disappointed with how careless the staff seemed. I noticed scratches on my interior afterward, which should never happen on a brand new vehicle. It makes me wonder if they even use protective towels or covers around the dashboard and interior when placing tools down. The tint itself may be fine, but attention to detail and care for customers' vehicles clearly needs improvement. I tried rubbing it with a wet microfiber towel but sadly it won't go away. I opted for Pinnacle option at 80% since I have a hard time seeing at night and was afraid of inhibiting my vision. I wish I went heavier since the tint is very light, but I'm happy with it. My arms no longer feel like they're getting burned through the window while driving. I can't speak much on whether or not it keeps my car cooler since I primarily drive to and from work, and I didn't get the back tinted. The girl at the front desk was very nice. My car was tinted about 4 years ago. I thought I wrote a review then, but just looked and all I did was check in with a before picture. So here is an update 4 years later. The tint is holding up great and I have NO complaints. Everything was easy. Scheduling, the appointment and the pick up. The price was pretty high but I did for for the best tint they had. The heat rejection is unreal. My only regret is I wish I would of gone darker on the front windows. I basically went clear. I had to for a job I was going for at the time. I think I could of got away with 50% though. Just for aesthetics though. The 70% still blocks a ton of heat! I'll be back to have other cars tinted. Stock 2019 Subaru Legacy. Communication was great timely, quality appears to be good. Took multiple cars in and they offered to discount the second one which was a plus so we definitely appreciated that. The only knock I would have is that after tinting the windows they didn't clean the doors of the car so there's just streaks of soapy water or whatever chemicals they used to install the tint running down the doors on all the cars. I would have absolutely given five stars if it had not been for that. I would get 4 1/2 stars except it won't allow me to get a half a star. read more
