Genesis has been my go to window tinting shop for over twenty years. Every new and used vehicle I purchase is immediately brought to Genesis for window tint. Staff is always friendly and they always do an excellent job. Pricing is very competitive and they always stand behind their product. You will not go wrong choosing Genesis. read more

Excellent service, quality shop. We've taken two vehicles to Elk Grove Genesis for full ceramic coating, front clear PPF wrap, and ceramic window tint. Also took our daughter's vehicle for window tint. They do excellent work. My new car was the most recent, and Vijay was very informative and helped me feel confident leaving my new "baby" in their care. The work was finished ahead of schedule and was just as promised! I did not bother to do a cost comparison with any other shop so don't know about value for the services my car had. I chose Genesis because my husband had already done a fair amount of checking around, chose Genesis for his car, and had great results. His car was done almost a year ago and still looks amazing! read more

Got my car wrap and it was amazing. Love the way it look and I am very happy about it.

I've already used Genesis since 2019 for multiple wrap, ceramic coating and tint projects. I had no hesitation in contacting Sid for my Cybertruck project in July. It's no joke to vinyl wrap the CT with its sharp edges and hard to reach corners. Joshua and team did a phenomenal job with the wrap, tint and ceramic coating + a custom print of gargantua on the rear and starship lettering on the front! As a space fan, I'm super thrilled with the outcome and this brings a smile everyday. Thanks much folks! Enough words..enjoy the attached pics to see the mastery read more

Very satisfied with my window tint from Genesis. Upon arrival I was greeted by the kind desk-lady as well as Vijay who talked me through the process. Vijay was very upfront and honest about their services and how they operate which made me very comfortable. I opted for their Llumar Stratos tint and it really makes a night and day difference on my vehicle. I'll definitely be bringing my other vehicle here and recommending this place to those who want quality tint work done! read more

Recommend! We got our two vehicles tinted and PPF here and the outcome has been amazing. The quality and effort they put in their work equates to their prices. Yes, it is a bit expensive but you get protection as well as amazing results overall. The people that assisted me and hubby were very friendly and knowledgeable. And if you like dogs, they got a cute chubby pug name Romeo who wonders the place lol. The waiting room is spacious, well lite, with samples of the colored wraps and tinted glass on the wall. Their informational services can be done by phone or Yelp messages. Any additional informations regarding tinted windows and PPF will be through email. They also will text you or call you once your car is ready to be picked up. read more

Great work. Windows look really good and the team was easy to work with. The car was done at the promised time.

Highly recommend! I needed to remove some old window tint at my house. They quickly responded to my inquiry, provided an estimate using pictures, and confirmed upon arrival. Sid was very friendly and worked hard/fast. I plan to use Genesis again soon for additional removal and to install new ceramic tint. read more

After my original review, they reached out and worked with me to make things right. They were professional, respectful, and addressed my concerns. I appreciate that they took the time to fix the issue instead of ignoring it. The tint came out great, and I was happy enough with the experience afterward that I even came back to purchase a ceramic coating. read more

Time efficient, great customer service, the window tint looks excellent, and the owner has a great smile. However, after picking up my car, I experienced a few mechanical issues--two of my automatic window switches stopped working, and my front seat warmers would not turn on. Fortunately, a few days later the seat warmers began working again, but the automatic windows are still not functioning. I'm not sure if these issues are related. When I reported the problem, the staff were kind and eager to look into it the next day, which I appreciated. However, I ultimately scheduled an appointment with my dealership to have the vehicle evaluated further. read more

Genesis Window Tinting - 15% tint and loving the look! - Home Window Tinting Near Me - Elk Grove, California

I got my windshield and front windows tinted a few months ago. I reached out on their website and got a reply the following biz day. I opted for Pinnacle option at 80% since I have a hard time seeing at night and was afraid of inhibiting my vision. I wish I went heavier since the tint is very light, but I'm happy with it. My arms no longer feel like they're getting burned through the window while driving. I can't speak much on whether or not it keeps my car cooler since I primarily drive to and from work, and I didn't get the back tinted. The girl at the front desk was very nice. Interior was clean and comfortable. I got costs from 1 other place and the total would've been about the same. read more

Genesis will always be my go-to for Window Tint, PPF, and Ceramic Coating services. I've had two vehicles done here; a Tesla Model Y and currently a Kia Niro (pictured). Regardless of whether you choose the Elk Grove or Roseville store, the Genesis crew has you covered with their outstanding customer service. And as a former Tesla owner, to all (and future to-be ) Tesla owners, look nowhere else as Genesis does a fantastic job in servicing Tesla vehicles. Pricing is reasonable, but what stands out is that the quality that the Genesis crew puts into their work shows and they never take shortcuts. read more

I've been doing business with Genesis Window Tinting since I moved my family to Elk Grove. Their service is top notch. Quick to get an appointment and they were able to get all my windows done while I waited, only 3 hours!!! Their product is fantastic, I've had one vehicle for 6 years and still no bubbling, peeling, or fading. The ceramic Stratos tint has helped so much with heat control on the interior and UV protection on all my leather and vinyl surfaces. Don't get thrown off by the price, it's competitive and you definitely get your moneys worth. I'll continue to use them and refer them to family and friends. read more

First, going in without a clue of new technologies and ceramic tint they offered, Joshua assisted and gave me more insight on everything they offered and realized he was the owner. Joshua and his teams surpassed my expectations and their attention to detail speaks volume. I was skeptical about getting tints after being warned about the SAM module by the dealer on my 2022 C300. After consulting a few cheaper options around Sacramento/Elk Grove and not getting the best responses, I reached out to Genesis and spoke to Sid over the phone and Josh in person and they were both kind enough to answer all of my questions and guarantee to cover any issues if necessary. I ended up going with Pinnacle 25% front and 15% rear. It made a big difference and they did a great timely job. I see why they won so many awards, I'd recommend these guys as the #1 tint shop for customer service and quality! read more

I had used an independent mobile tint provider for the past 15 years but my text went unanswered so I used Yelp! To find a new provider. Genesis was quick to respond to the inquiry and all of my follow up questions. They were also able to accommodate me at the end of the same day. I was also able to work in their waiting area which was a bonus. The service was very professional and the work was perfect. I appreciate that they put warning tape over the window buttons since I probably would have forgotten otherwise. Very satisfied with the experience and I would recommend them to anyone needing tint or wrapping. read more

Excellent work done here. They also have some of the best customer service in the industry. They had great communication on a 3 day project (tinting and PPF), with daily updates over the phone. Accommodating with working me into their schedule. Price is reasonable, but you could certainly get a cheaper price by shopping around. You're paying for the quality of the work if you choose to get work done at Genesis. I did a lot of research into Sacramento area car detailers/tint shops/PPF installers, and I am so glad I went with these guys for my new Tesla. All windows are FormulaOne Stratos 15%. Genesis was recommended to me by the Audi dealership. If they trusted Genesis with my brand new Audi, then you should too! Genesis had great reviews, I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner, and their prices were competitive. They also went above and beyond to ensure that the service would be completed the same day. My vehicle already included the black optic sport package with black paint and black badges, I just needed black wheels to complete the look I envisioned. Genesis helped bring my vision to life by ceramic coating my new wheels and providing valuable tips on how to keep them looking their best - A black vehicle looks great, but is also the most difficult color to keep clean. Thanks to Genesis, cleaning my new wheels will now be hassle-free. As an added bonus, Joshua also takes great photos! Lol read more

My car was tinted about 4 years ago. I thought I wrote a review then, but just looked and all I did was check in with a before picture. So here is an update 4 years later. The tint is holding up great and I have NO complaints. Everything was easy. Scheduling, the appointment and the pick up. The price was pretty high but I did for for the best tint they had. The heat rejection is unreal. My only regret is I wish I would of gone darker on the front windows. I basically went clear. I had to for a job I was going for at the time. I think I could of got away with 50% though. Just for aesthetics though. The 70% still blocks a ton of heat! I'll be back to have other cars tinted. Stock 2019 Subaru Legacy. I had an amazing experience with the crew at Genesis. Facilities were clean, organized, and professional. It's really neat that you can observe the shop through giant windows behind the front desk. The pricing was great too. VJ clarified what he thought would provide the highest value in protection for my 4runner: partial paint protection film and ceramic window tint that covered all windows including the windshield. He gave advice adding the tint and film as accessories in my auto insurance policy. And he also promised the job to be completed in two days. Once I went over to pickup the vehicle I was chillin with their shop pop! The pulled the car around and did a quick walk through to point out the work done. What a night and day difference the interior feels! It's like ten sitting under a banyan tree on sunny a-- day. Temperature dropped noticeably once stepping in the driver seat. And my skin won't get beat up by the UV! The paint protection film showed no flaws in application and the cuts were precise to every edge. You can tell in the details that this shop takes their work seriously. The service, patience, and promptness in their shop is the best in the area. Highly recommend!!! They hooked me up with first responder pricing. Ask for VJ! read more

The people at the front office were also significantly nicer and more welcoming than other places we visited. They truly care about customer satisfaction and work for your business.
