I now have brought my CX5 to him multiple times already for his expert opinion on different issues and for regular maintenance. He's always very responsive, easy to get a hold of, and willing to share his knowledge and expertise. Recently, I brought in a long list of items to be fixed from the dealership, and he was honest in what he thought needed to be done more urgently vs not, and his prices were also much more reasonable. He was kind enough to help me as well with replacing my car battery and windshield wipers. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. One of his colleague showed us examples of work completed by his team. I was skeptical at first because I'm a loyal customer of a well-known auto shop. However, since this business was just starting out and they assured us they would address any issues if we weren't satisfied, we decided to give them a try. We had ceramic PPF installed and tinted windows throughout the vehicle, except for the roof. I'm happy to say that we were absolutely thrilled with the results. They wrapped the film around the edges of the vehicle panels to provide an extra layer of protection and create a seamless look. While I can see some of the PPF edges in certain areas, you really have to look closely to notice them. Another great benefit of the way they installed the PPF is that we can now safely power wash the vehicle -- something we were hesitant to do with our other two vehicles because they weren't wrapped the same way. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with the outcome from Vivid Auto Details. Their pricing was excellent, and the turnaround time was reasonable as well. Erik and team went beyond my expectations when it came to the work. They also took pictures of the process and progress which I was glad to see because I saw what kind of skills and details went to doing the installation. I had full front PPF, rocker panel PPF, A-Pillar PPF, all around tint and ceramic coating done on my wife's brand new Tesla and my wife was extremely pleased with the work that was done. I had her previous Tesla PPF somewhere else that she wasn't too happy about it but here she was happy (which makes me happy because she would give me a hard time later about it lol.) Overall the process took about three days and we are happy with the results. They took the trim pieces off to wrap the PPF which is how a place should do it, so 10 out of 10 for that. His pricing is also very competitive compared to other places in town. I'll be taking my other cars here now to get worked on.

Also when they accidentally damaged a piece, they stepped up and were completely honest about it. It was such a small piece that it probably could have been repaired without me knowing but the fact they were honest about it made it better. They ordered an even better part and everything was good. Paint matching is spot on and the they will go further as to repainting it multiple times to match the color right for you. I had a Porsche 996 in recently that needed a body kit installed. Instead of attaching the side skirts/rockers on, Mike insisted on molding it in. Mind blown with how it turned out and it looks like it came from factory OEM! The customer service is awesome and they will very personable people that will keep you updated throughout the progress. There are no shortcuts taken here! I have not and don't plan on switching to any other auto body for a long time. There are many choices out there when looking for custom work, but when you see what Mike is working on as his hobby (ask for a tour of his classics), you know you found the right place for your investments.

After Wesley inspected the parts to ensure that everything was complete, I handed over my keys and headed off to work! Late afternoon the next day, I received a text that the installation had been completed and my car was ready to be picked up. As my Lyft driver dropped me off in front of the establishment, I observed my sexy car sitting pretty with her new front lip and side skirts! Before processing payment and handing over my keys, the always personable David, explained to me the process and tools needed to safely secure the parts to the car (a big concern considering how dangerous it would be if a part were to fly off while on the road). To further elaborate on the measures taken to ensure a quality installation, David also explained that they used their own fasteners for the installation; versus using the sometimes mediocre fasteners that are shipped with some car accessories. The attention to detail and customer service is truly what keeps me coming back.
