The team at Caliber Collision has been amazing from start to finish! Unfortunately, we have had to take two of our vehicles to get repaired and on every occasion they were able to fix the body of our cars as if it never happened! They were super informative throughout the entire process and we would recommend them to anyone needing collision repair! Well done Charles, Todd, Shoua, and crew! read more

After our SUV was hit on the freeway by a drunk driver, our insurance company sent us to Caliber Collision for an estimate and repairs. The manager, Kayla, was the absolute best! She throughly explained everything to us and answered all of our questions with professionalism and kindness. We couldn't be happier with the repair work performed on our vehicle. Kayla made the whole ordeal run smoothly and efficiently... turning a nightmare experience into a sigh of relief. I can't recommend Caliber Collision enough! read more

Excellent service provided , The Staff very helpful expedient most efficient. Highly recommend it you have any issues

I had collision repair at Caliber Collision, 9131 Elkmont Way, Elk Grove CA 95624 per my insurance company (Progressive) recommendation. They did a good job with the repairs and provided a lifetime warranty on their work. There have since been cracking and chips in the paint that was part of the work done and I believe this is related to durability of the repair. I contacted the original Service Advisor, Charles Chilton, originally on 2/11/26 who had me come in and he told me he would assist me with repairs under warranty. I called back after he did not follow up with me and he told me that his company had recently gotten a new paint supplier and he would get back to me after arrangements were made and they receive the paint for the job. He never got back to me. In fact he ghosted me. Since then, I've called back 5 times and have been transferred to him where he fails to answer. I leave messages with his staff and he has failed to return any of my calls. Caliber Collision offered a Lifetime Warranty for worked paid for by me and my insurance company that they are not honoring. I do not like the way I've been treated and definitely do not feel that my choosing their shop was a good choice at this point. Very poor customer service. I've contacted my claims adjuster at Progressive and have requested further direction, support, and assistance. read more

This caliber collision location is great! Customer service is great and the technicians are knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciate how the technician showed me a before and after of what was fixed, so this reassured me that my car was good to go. I highly recommend this caliber location for great service, excellent communication and quality of care! read more

Thank you so much for making this experience so easy everything looks great and Teran kept me up to date on everything

Trusted Allstates referral to Calibur collision center. There was a day when if part of hood or bumper was damaged, that they would sand and repaint the whole hood or bumper. They sanded and painted the part of the hood that was damaged. For the rest of the hood they sprayed clear coat over chips and a small dent. The clear coat actually made rock chips look worse. I guess this is why insurance companies make referrals. Saves them money and body shop won't go a little above and beyond for the customer. Very disappointed in myself for not getting an estimate from someone that aims to please the customer. Regards, Kevin read more

Five star service, updates, customer care and service, great support from people who answer phones and work the counter, quality work on my car. Love the can do, professional attitude of everyone I've dealt with. Caliber Collusion has been my go to since moving to Elk Grove in 2015. Thanks for repairing my rear window, lift gate and wiper blade and motor. I am happy! read more

I had a very bad experience I would never recommend my enemy to go there. They promised me something else and even gave us in writing but when we went there they threw another high number on there quote. I showed them what they gave us in writing but they did not want to accept it. I even showed them there quote but they did not budge. They are the worse people to deal with. they are bunch of cheats. if you need to talk to me my name is Moin Shaikh. get my phone from them and call me I can even show you what they promised and what I ended up paying. read more

Went in for an estimate this week. Called ahead since it was a tricky case and Julio Moreno and Vanessa helped me out. We agreed on a day to bring it in, dropped it off and they did the estimate quickly under my time restraints. Julio even stayed longer past office hours while we were waiting for AAA to come tow the vehicle. Excellent service, very happy we went here! read more

Great group of people, great work! I love that my insurance guarantees their work. Thank you to everyone for taking care of me

I can write a lengthy review detailing my experience with Caliber Collision of Elk Grove but I really don't feel like wasting any more of my time with this crappy company. I'll just say AVOID them. I've never had to experience dropping my vehicle off at a shop in running and driving condition and returned to me inoperable, not road legal anymore, and more broken than when I dropped it off. If you get in an accident and need repairs, go to Auto Body Expressions. Its a locally owned shop that does better work, under budget, and they put their customers first. Unlike Caliber which is corporate owned and care more about making $$$ than doing the job right! Auto Body Exp. has the same lifetime warranty on all their work, specially if using insurance for payment and they know what they are doing. They fixed all of Caliber's mistakes and treated my vehicle like it was their own. read more

I took my mom's car to the Caliber on Elkmont in Elk Grove. Charles was my rep. They staff was very nice and professional. I made a call to make an appointment for an estimate. They explained the process and I got my appointment. The estimate appointment was quick and easy. They assess the car and wrote up an estimate. They emailed me the quote. They were clear and explained everything. They told me everything up front, no surprises. After the estimate I called to make another appointment to drop off the car. During the repairs, they would text me to let me know what stage the car was in. I was up to date on the car until it was finished and ready to pick up. I got a call and a text telling me my car was ready to be picked up. They got the car repaired earlier before the promise date. They did a great job. read more

These guys are awesome! Been here twice now every time was met with great customer service and quick repairs.

Top of the line shop that did excellent work on my vehicle. Repairs done ahead of schedule and looked brand new.

Since leasing my car, anytime there has been an issue needing work to be done, I've come to Caliber Collision since they do a good job and have a lifetime warranty on their services. This time was no different! I made an appointment a while back to get an estimate, which took about 30 minutes overall. They said it would take 3-5 days of work. When I was available to leave my car for that long, I called back to make an appointment and they had availabilities at the time I wanted. The whole process was a lot easier and quicker this time than previous times. Once I dropped by car off, I was notified that it was ready 3 days later and an update on what they did. I really appreciate that they even washed and cleaned my car!! That was a huge plus, because I had planned to do all of that after my car was fixed but now I didn't have to. My car was ready to go! Caliber Collision has done a consistently good job with my car and they have definitely earned a loyal customer. read more

My car needed a part replaced because a bone head hit my car while it was parked. Thankfully we were there when he hit it and we took it in the get fixed. The people here were nice, and made everything run smooth. They coordinated everything with the car rental shop to ensure I had a vehicle while I was without one and everything. Even made sure to have one scheduled to return the rental so I didn't have to find a way back and forth to get back to my car. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The staff was just the same in repairing my bumper. I'm surprised at how many low scores this place has. Their work is top notch and even warranties for the life of the car. If I ever need any repairs or have any issues this will be the place i go. Prices are super reasonable too. Happy I decided to pick them as an option. read more

Despite it appearing to be a bit busy, there was no sacrifice of maintaining outstanding service! Ernesto was first to greet me (eye contact and all) and listened to my auto needs. Without hesitation he quickly informed Pete, the Manager, (who was out of site) . Within 5 minutes, Pete, presented himself with an approachable demeanor, as we simultaneously walked out to see my cracked mirror. To my (pleasant) surprise, he dove right in and replace my cracked mirror with the OEM mirror (which I just purchased at the EG Auto Mall VW dealership). He allowed me to watch, while educating me about the part; full transparency. Love that! Overall, Pete and his team (including the front desk staff) were attentive, friendly and professional. read more

Everyone was extremely helpful, pleasant, and professional. Charles kept me updated the whole way through. And the car came out working great and looking great. STAY AWAY - you've been warned. Promised tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow for 18 business days and car STILL not done. Upon completion - original quote of $1344.21 turned into $3102.21 THEN forgot exhaust portion of repair and needed another $1211.74 totaling $4108.16. This really was a very small, minor rear end bumper / exhaust repair that turned into the largest clusterfoxtrot that I've every experienced. Very poor customer service. I normally don't write poor reviews however; this deserves one. read more

We just had our Truck repaired at Caliber Collision. What a fantastic experience. We were lucky enough to have Vanessa Liscano as our Service Advisor. She is so professional and kept us in the loop from beginning to end. She was knowledgeable on every question I threw at her. Obviously customer service is very important to this company. It was really so nice to know what was going on with our vehicle the entire time. And, the best part is our vehicle looks brand new, so happy and grateful for a job well done! Thank you so much Caliber Collison, we really appreciate what you did for us!! read more

I hit some flying piece of wood on a freeway and it left a crack on my front bumper. Filed a claim and took it to this shop. Subaru's are notoriously difficult to source parts for and often times it takes weeks to complete jobs. I had a 02 WRX before that needed extensive repairs and a different shop took a full month to complete the job. The point here is I was warned that it could take a few weeks if we needed to replace the whole bumper. So I get why people on here are pissed it took 30 days to fix, but this happens and I was made aware of it by Alex, the service advisor. Luckily, Alex and the techs were able to fix it without replacing the whole bumper and only fixed and blended the damaged portion. I was actually given this option or replacing the whole part. Alex went over the pros and cons of both. Glad we didn't replace the whole bumper. It looks perfect! Like it never happened. And they finished this within 4 days. Caliber is known for their work and this example demonstrated the quality of craftsmanship and customer service. read more
