Best to call or make an appointment online to drop off your car. The only reason I did not rate 5 star was because I wasn't notify that they were not able to check my car and would be left overnight. In which I had to call the next morning to get an update. I do like the fact that they would call and send out a text message regarding the diagnostic and details of the issues with prices and the estimated fee. In which I was able to approve the repairs online. Also, their communication was great as they would contact me if their was an issue etc. The services were quicker than expected.
