Stopped by again for some help. I wasn't not getting service here. I did know they were a business that was committed to the community. Their tireless efforts to support the youth and families was once again proven. I needed a bolt. My son broke a bolt doing maintenance on his car in our garage. The bolt was 2 days away from all auto parts locations. I stopped by to ask Continental Collision if they happen to have a bolt I can buy or have. For 20min they searched for a matching bolt. This was above and beyond. This was very much appreciated. It didn't end there. Later that day. 5pm. I was next door at the sports training facility with my son. I stopped by to say thanks. My father worked with this guy and had very mixed reviews on him, but I decided to give him a try anyways. I'm not currently in the state of California and I'm in the army, I've paid him over $3500 and have asked numerous times for photos and a date it'll be fully repaired. He's constantly gave me excuses and blown me off like it's nothing. He told me his father just went on vacation, he told me he's been out the shop, he's told me he'll have it done the following week over and over again. I can't even get ahold of him currently and I have no clue what the status of my car is. I need to now take a flight there from the other side of the country just to figure this all out, luckily my father has a good lawyer to discuss with and proceed further. One thing he told me when I said I'll get a payment over to him (which I did) is along the lines of "Yeah! I have your car!" Which kind of came off suspect or something when I literally just dropped it off to get it repaired. I have to report this guy and try to get this all handled. read more

Brought in 1 car in 2018, took 1yr and half to get it somewhat presentable. Lost valuable expensive parts during that time. Parts were on backwards, broken and put back on. Car was filthy. Always expressed during the repair/paint process it would be ready in a few days and turned into months and years. Lots of patience taken advantage of and money. Fast forward to last year, decided I'd give them a second try, they agreed they dropped the ball on the first project and so they agreed to take care of me this time around. Well Was I in for something. Car was never completed let's just leave it at that. The work was not quality, they did not repair the vehicle the correct way, found lots of damaged that was not taken care of, wrong bolts and some areas no bolts used. Bondo everything and cracking. Overspray, ruined parts etc etc. I cannot believe people like this exist and take advantage of others. The Worst experience I have ever had. I would stay away from this location and would never recommend anyone to come here. They had one job but failed twice. The smooth talk to assure you it will get done, is very concerning and says a lot about their personality! read more

The staff was super nice and welcoming. Prices were reasonable and they got my car fixed fast. The entire process was very stress free and easy. When I went to pick up my car my battery died (even though they cleaned off my terminals for me) and Hidai was quick to come out and help me to jump my car and even offered to install the battery for me if I went and picked up a new one. Also my sister's bumper on her car was missing a clip and they offered to fix it free of charge. This is the second time I have been to them. I thought I was lost I didn't realize the location has changed to their new address. I took my Z06 to get the headlights fixed because I could not see that clear at night. The headlights were so cloudy the lens reflected back at them. They were able to get me a great price and fixed the car in less than a days time. I got the car back the same day. Now I have the car in the garage and I cant stop looking at it. The first time I had experience with them was when I had my 911. The rear spoiler was cracking and I was pretty devastated. Other shops priced me out at a little too much and didn't offer any sort of warranty because the fiber glass work could crack again. They offered to fix it if it cracked again which gave me a piece of mind. The work that they did to the spoiler was pristine. They reinforced areas of the GT3 spoiler that needed extra reinforcement at high speeds. It was pristine again.
