From the beginning, he took the time to explain different options for restoring our vehicle and made sure we understood everything. What really stood out to us was his honesty and willingness to help us save money. Instead of trying to take advantage of the situation, Eli offered us two different options that would help reduce the cost. He even went above and beyond to find parts from an outside source so we could save even more money. His honesty, integrity, and genuine customer service truly touched our hearts. It's not every day that you come across someone who is this trustworthy and truly puts the customer first. I highly recommend Continental Collision for all your auto body needs. Eli and his team will take great care of you, and you can feel confident knowing you're in good hands! Thank you, Eli, for your excellent service and for treating us with honesty and kindness!

Their tireless efforts to support the youth and families was once again proven. I needed a bolt. My son broke a bolt doing maintenance on his car in our garage. The bolt was 2 days away from all auto parts locations. I stopped by to ask Continental Collision if they happen to have a bolt I can buy or have. For 20min they searched for a matching bolt. This was above and beyond. This was very much appreciated. It didn't end there. Later that day. 5pm. I was next door at the sports training facility with my son. I stopped by to say thanks. As ______ (forgot his name) walked out. He saw me. Reached in his pocket. Pulled out two more bolts. He was looking long after I had left. Very much appreciated.

Also when they accidentally damaged a piece, they stepped up and were completely honest about it. It was such a small piece that it probably could have been repaired without me knowing but the fact they were honest about it made it better. They ordered an even better part and everything was good. I know based on what I saw there and who referred me, they work on high end cars so you should trust them with any project. Make sure to check my pictures.
