My vehicle is a classic and while not show quality yet, Abdul was respectful and took his time to make sure it was properly lined up and handled with care, while still being very quick. I had the vehicle drained of fluids for proper storage, and Abdul helped me line up and push the car on and off at my destination. Also AJ's uses an appointment app/website that lets you know when and where your driver is, which is very nice as I was busy that day with many other things, and couldn't afford to stand around for an hour doing nothing. Our car would not start I called them off a website. I thought it was going to have to be towed. The young man who answered the call suggested trying to jump the battery first before towing. Exceptional service last night from tow operator, Abdullah. I was broke down on a rural road between hwy 160 and I-5 with a tire blowout. By chance, he was returning home from another call and pulled over to see if I was okay. I had already called AAA and was awaiting response. He was able to intercept the request and take the call. It was not a safe place to change a tire so he loaded up my car and we drove to Elk Grove Costco where he put on my spare while I spoke to the tire shop. Abdullah was just an absolute angel. I had a flat from a nail, and it was terrible news to hear that on top of that, the previous mechanics who worked on my tires damaged the studs which prevented the original tire from being placed back on properly with the lug nuts. I got it towed by Geico free of charge to the shop, but the shop was not able to fix the damages due to not having the equipment. Instead, they wrote me a referral form for another shop in which acknowledges the damages and agrees to cover the charges, but I was left stranded at the shop afterwards. Geico was unable to grant me another free tow due to lack of repairment after the first tow, but they hooked me up with AJ's Towing, and they are amazing! Amen (such a cool name!), the worker who helped me out over the phone, had great customer service and gave me a fair rate for the situation I was in and I greatly appreciated it!!!!!!! As for the tow worker who came and picked me up, he was extremely friendly, had an awesome smile, and had great customer service himself as well! The only thing I noticed that caught my eye was that when I got in the tow truck, I immediately noticed that the AC was broken and I felt so bad for the tow truck worker. I would hope that this company fixes it for their amazing workers during such a hot season ! I recently needed a tow truck to move an RV from one place to another, I say RV but maybe a carcass of an RV would be a better description, out of the 6 tires only two held air and it was sunk in the mud due to all the rain. I ended up sending Jack a video, and ended up on settling a fair price based on how it looked when he arrived. I agreed and he came out. I was not in a hurry, he had one tow in front of me and was expected to be about 2 hours away. He called back a half hour later and said he could make it in another half hour. So it was actually an hour earlier than I expected. He looked over the situation and after careful consideration hooked this thing up and moved across the property and out of the mud. He was careful and considerate, if I need another tow I will definitely give them a call. read more
