These guys are the best! I had to tow a Jeep with a flat tire and whose lug nut was impossible to remove. Dave offered up several options, including a recommendation to a tire shop that could remove it for me. NO COMPARISON-Better than AAA! They get 10 STARS! I've paid an annual AAA membership for 20 yrs. Yesterday AAA told me they cannot tow my car to the auto repair shop because I don't have new tags. I informed them I can't have it smogged to get new tags until it is repaired so I can drive it! sucks...I just got my car fixed from an accident and when I left the parking lot, my car wanted to act up and not accelerate. I could no longer drive it anymore. I left it on the side of the road. My dad was frustrated and didn't want to help me at the time so I just left it there. I hung up, i said bye of course. No point in speaking to someone when he's going to be rude about it. I might as well hang up and say nothing at all. My mom and sister came to pick me up, fortunate for me that they didn't leave the house yet. My dad finally called me back and told me that his friend is going to take the car in for service. Great, the only problem is, how are we going to get it there? I used yelp of course, and I noticed that Rapid Road Service had a perfect review. So I called them. I forgot who I spoke with, but he was friendly and I had a good conversation with him. I know it was last minute but I told him where my car was and what time it had to be at the shop by before they closed and he said they would get it done. I had to meet the tow truck at my cars location to give him the car keys. No problem. The tow trucked arrived before the shop closed to pick up my car and delivered it to its location with no problems. Cash is better for payment. I would recommend this place to everyone. My car broke down in the middle of a rainstorm. For various reasons I couldn't get it towed immediately. I called a number of places to ask for a price, but Rapid Road Service was hands down the cheapest. I spoke with Naveed on the phone and he gave me a quote, but told me if I waited much longer it would be more expensive. When I called back 30 minutes later, there were no drivers available. Needed a tow, but Naveed wasn't working at night. He offered to tow the next morning, but if I needed someone immediately he offered another company. After getting quotes for $100 because it was "night time" rate, I decided to wait til the next morning. He texted me the next morning to see if I needed a tow still. Today I discovered that my car's battery had been drained after a cabin light was left on, so I just needed a jump-start. Just 22 minutes after I first picked up the phone to call Rapid Road Service, my car was running, the receipt for payment was in my e-mail inbox, and the Rapid Road Service guys had driven away. He was very busy today, so he only charged me a flat rate due to the wait, and was very nice to talk to.
