We came in this morning to get a flat tire repaired, and we were told it would be done within two hours. After waiting three hours without a single call, text, or update, we decided to go back and check on our car ourselves. When we arrived, it was still sitting in the exact same spot.. it hadn't even been moved. We spoke to the staff, and they told us they would bring it in and start working on it. We waited an hour (4 hours now) inside, and they still never brought the car into the shop. At that point, we decided to leave and take our business somewhere else because Big O Tires clearly couldn't follow through on what they promised. Trash! To make matters worse, they tried to sell us on replacing all four tires, claiming they weren't "right fit," even though we only came in for a flat tire. It felt more like they were trying to upsell us than actually help. Overall, the service was disappointing, the communication was nonexistent, and the experience felt dishonest. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

As fate would have it, I took the car to the dealership for a recall and they discovered that one of the tires had a small bubble. I figured this would be the perfect opportunity to celebrate almost two years with the car by treating her to some new tires. I reached out to Chris who quoted me $1,200 (including manufacture warranty) for four thick profiled performance tires, which was $1,300 cheaper than the quote that I received from the dealer. Chris quickly placed the order for the tires and called me the next day to inform me that they had arrived. Since the establishment is generally very busy on the weekends, I decided to visit on a weekday in hopes for a quicker experience. Thankfully, there was only one car ahead of me when I arrived. Chris instructed me to pull the car into the shop and immediately began removing the tires (I'm always impressed by a hands-on owner). Less than 30 minutes later, the job was done and I was in the office checking out. As Chris implied, I can confirm that the ride quality of my car has significantly improved. Instead, it's got a temporary repair kit meant for small punctures, just to get you from the side of the road to a tire shop. Unfortunately, our tire had a rupture in the sidewall, which means no quick fix -- you need a whole new tire. So, I drove over to AGB Tire Shop, which was just up the street, hoping they'd have what we needed. They didn't. The place had plenty of tires stacked around, but none that fit her Nissan Leaf. Because of that, I can't really give a full review on their work or quality -- we didn't get service beyond that. But here's what I can say: if your car uses a less common tire size, this might not be the place to go in an emergency. One other note -- I asked if they had a restroom we could use while we waited, and they didn't. They also didn't suggest anywhere nearby we could go, which, honestly, didn't sit great with me. So, while they might be fine for more common tire needs, between the limited selection and lack of basic customer accommodation, I can't say I'd recommend this shop.

I was in between tire options; she actually had personal experience with both tires on her car and previous car and was able to tell me what she thought of the drive and quality of each. I was pleased that the tires I needed were also in stock. The time she quoted for the wait was also accurate. The shop is clean and I was watching the other employees and their customer service was really good. I did come and it was 104 degrees and the inside of the shop was kept cool for customers with the AC and fan. However, the workers were working very hard and there were no misters or anything to keep them cool. I did not see them complain and they were getting customers in and out.
