    Requested tow through GEICO. ETA was 1 hour. It's 2.5 hours later and still no tow truck. Terrible service and business practices.

My shifter…read morewent out on my 18-speed Peterbilt while I was stuck up in the mountains between Sacramento and Reno, and I was in a bad situation trying to figure out how to get back on the road. Bella in customer service went above and beyond making calls all over trying to track down the part I needed. Once they found it, Brandon personally delivered the part halfway between Sacramento and Reno so I could get rolling again. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Professional, fast, and genuinely cared about helping me out when I was stranded. Huge thanks to Bella and Brandon for going the extra mile. Definitely a 5-star company and I highly recommend them.

    My vehicle was towed by Five Star. Repeatedly contacted them to assure my vehicle would be safe…read morethere and explained circumstances of my life that would necessitate my vehicle remaining there a little bit longer and they assured me it was no problem. When it came time for me to get it out, they informed me they had sold it by way of a lien to a dismantler, without any notice, two months ago. There was a registered firearm inside and my dash cam shows they stole it. DMV records show they did not sell it to a dismantler at all and still have it. Yet they will not admit they have it, nor will they admit in the face of video evidence that they have my firearm. Instead, they are calling me at all hours of the night and attempting to extort me. Their general manager "Tara" indicated that if I was unwilling to pay them to contact police and tell them I had an illegal firearm and that I was harassing them. I've never experienced anything like this. My car was supposed to be cared for. My firearm was not illegal. I just called to give them money when I got out of the hospital and thank them... only did you find out they had sold my vehicle, stole my firearm, but could magically produce both for the right price. To say I'm shocked would be an understatement. I have reached out in the kindest way possible and then I will reach out to law enforcement, though I hate to. I don't know what to make of it to be honest. However I would seriously caution you. These are not honest people.

    Had my vehicle suspension repaired and the replacement part got loose and was damaged by Luis…read more(mechanic/owner) not torquing the nuts. He previously did 2 other previous repairs on the other suspension parts and is working fine. I reached out to Luis and to the latest repair and was completely shut out and left numerous text thru Yelp and vm messages. I had no choice and to have my vehicle repaired correctly at another reputable auto repair shop. Luis finally called me after I got the repair done. I told him I had to pay an additional $360 to fix his mistake since it took over 10 days for him to respond. My guess is he thought this was going away and he would not hear from me again. We agreed when he finally called back that he would reimburse me $120 labor and $40 for the broken part. I actually should've asked for the full amount but I'd rather settle this in a fair way and move on. It's been over 2 weeks and now he's still avoiding me. I reported him and company to the BBB. I also reported him to the state franchise board since I had requested numerous times for all the repair invoices I'm also in the process to file a civil small claims suit. The first 2 repairs I gave him an excellent rating and review. It's very sad that he would do this and unfortunately he will pay in the short and long outcomes.

    Got a flat this morning. Called to have someone come put the donut on so I could get to a tire…read moreshop. The phone system is automated but it worked well. Had someone at my house in less than 30 minutes. Only took him about 10 minutes to pump up the donut and put it on the car. He was a nice guy and did good work! However, upon arrival, he informed me he intended to drag the vehicle before placing it on the flatbed, which could have caused damage to my car's electrical system. This directly contradicted what was communicated to dispatch and raised serious concerns about proper handling procedures. When I contacted the company to address the issue, the manager responded in an unprofessional manner. He became hostile, raised his voice, and refused to provide his name when requested. This behavior is unacceptable and does not meet basic standards of customer service or accountability. I am requesting that this incident be formally investigated. I would also like clarification on the company's towing procedures and assurance that drivers are following proper protocols to avoid potential vehicle damage. A complaint has already been filed with AAA, and I will be pursuing this further through consumer protection channels if necessary. Pic below: Driver ignored my instructions not to jump my car despite electrical issues and insisted anyway. He also told dispatch it would be flatbed towed, but then said he would drag it part of the way. When I contacted the manager, he became hostile, yelled, and refused to give his name, saying "don't worry about it." Extremely unprofessional and unsafe service.
