We are NOT happy about this company that was sent out to us AT ALL. We were told they were a very experienced company that ties vehicles with no wheels/tires. We had completely trusted them and they damaged our vehicle it the most careless extent. The gentleman that was sent to us was NOT experienced what so ever and did so much body damage to our vehicle.. it was dragged , bent, dented , bumper from the rear and now front end is hanging off with the guard on the bottom hanging off.. you guys should invest in your company to have UNIVERSAL tires put onto vehicles like this !!!! This POS business showed up when I called 511 after I was stranded on the freeway. My gas gauge was acting up and I ran out of gas. Dumb-yeah. After waiting on the 50 near 59th St. for over 45 minutes the driver informed me that they do not carry gasoline. He then told me that he would happily tow me less than a mile to 65th Ave. for $230.00. I told him where to stick that and I ended up walking to the nearest station. I was involved in an accident over the weekend and the police department towed my car to Eagle Towing. I called my insurance and they told me that I needed to go there and release my vehicle so that they could get my vehicle to the shop and fix it. I also needed to stop by and grab my wallet and backpack and a bunch of other things I left in my car. When I got there I was greeted by a young man at the window, he had a hat and a beard and was pleasant. I was upset about the situation already and he assured me that it was very common and he sees accidents like mine all the time and that mines was not as bad as it could have been. The trunk of my car wouldn't open and he was kind enough to run and grab cables to jump start my car so that I could grab everything I needed in the trunk. He also was extremely informative, was easy to talk to, and made sure I did not leave any important belongings behind. When I left, I got a call from someone at Eagle towing, I cannot remember who it was at the front desk, but she was a woman and I believe her name was Susie, she told me that I needed to go to the police station and get a police release in order for Eagle Towing to release my car to insurance. She apologized for not letting me know sooner, but honestly I am glad she told me at the time that she did because it worked out perfectly, I was right next to the station already! And she did let me know within that small time frame so I was able to get the police release within the same day and dropped it off at the office. Everything was taken care of from there. She was extremely helpful, patient, and gave specific and easy directions so that I knew exactly what to do and where to go. I must have been a frantic mess but because they were so helpful it really put my mind at ease. Overall I am really happy with the service I received from Eagle Towing, especially since it was my first time having to deal with such a mess and they made it very easy, straightforward and comfortable. read more

Eagle Towing is a joke! I called them at 2:20pm on a Thursday, they told me a truck would be there in "30 to 45 minutes." At 3:30pm, they called me to tell me the driver was running late but he was only "15 minutes away." No biggie, I'm pretty patient and realize that things happen. Well, I finally got fed up waiting at nearly 5 o'clock and called them to cancel since the shop I was going to get towed to closed at 5:00pm anyway. The dispatcher sounded annoyed like I had just taken money out of his pocket or something. Look, the worst thing you can do when you're running a business is to promise things to customers that you can't deliver. I'm sorry, but when "30 to 45 minutes" turns into over 2 and a half hours, I'm all out of patience and I really don't appreciate the extra attitude. We had our vehicle stolen. Once it was recovered, Eagle towed and stored it until we returned to town to claim it. They were easy to work with and I didn't feel like they were trying to gouache or inflate their prices. Waited for nearly 45 mins. in the dark on a cold January night. When they finally arrived the driver refused to allow my 7lb dog to ride in the cab, even though I had a pouch & blanket for him. He said he could ride in the towed car! I asked him if he'd let a child ride in the towed car & he said, NO, that'd be dangerous..." Even the dispatcher, whom I pleaded with, said no & "what if the next passenger has allergies & gets sick." So I had to call a cab (another 30 mins in the cold) that cost me an additional $25 to get home. THIS TOW SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. You better make sure you don't have your pets in the car with you when you break down, or he'll leave you there. read more
