Fast and quick service for towing. Came within 15 minutes to pick up my car and drop it off at an auto shop.

I called when my car battery died. I was in a panic, but Paul calmed me down and offered almost immediate service. I am so grateful!

Daughter totaled her beater/used car that we didn't carry collision on. It sat in our driveway for almost 2 months before I figured out what to do with it. I called Capitol Valley Towing on Friday afternoon, and they picked up the car and paid me for it the next day. Really great service - I highly recommend! Title was filled out and I took it to the DMV to process ownership and liability. read more

I couldn't be happier (with Capitol, at least). In the past week, I've had to have the same car towed by Capitol three times. The first time from my driveway to Motive Car Care for a 'crank/no start' condition; the second time (after Motive couldn't fix it but didn't charge me anything for the diagnostic) to Lexus of Sacramento; and the third time (after Lexus diagnosed two wiring harnesses destroyed by mice, and a 'nosebleed' repair estimate) back home to my driveway. All three times, Capitol was Johnny-on-the-spot, called a few minutes before they arrived, delivered and picked up my car from both Motive and Lexus of Sac with no difficulty, AND gave me a reduced price on both the second and third tow without me even having to ask. Thank you! read more

Best towing company around. I've called them 4 times in the past week for the same car. A week earlier I had a completely dead battery and AAA couldn't get the car in neutral and had to literally drag my car onto the flatbed leaving tire marks on my driveway and probably taking life off my tires and the whole process took over an hour. Next time I called Capitol with the same issue and he manually put the car in neutral and had it loaded in about 10 minutes. This latest call he diagnosed another vendor screwed up installation of a new battery and he fixed their mistakes onsite preventing a 4th tow in 1 week. Each time I've called he has arrived quickly, loaded/fixed my car quickly and been extremely friendly. Great service and very reasonable prices. Definitely my new preferred towing company. read more

Called Paul at Capital Towing Que one of my work trucks went down and let me start with there are some shady tow companies out there! I called Paul and Paul gave me a great competitive price and said he could be at my location in 40 min. Not only was Paul there 10 min faster but was quick and courteous to get my truck out of the location and to the car shop. I called Paul again when another truck went down far in El Dorado Hills and again Paul was quick to arrive and get us to a shop. He is now my go to tow truck for my vehicles. read more

Had them move my huge snap-on tool box's from my job, great service, took care of my BIG INVESTMENT

Capitol Valley was the best company! He not only had the best pricing, but also the best customer service. One of our work trucks got stuck a couple of hours from here, and without hesitation, he left right away to save the day! He sent me pictures of the truck safe and sound back at our shop late at night as well! Would definitely recommend! read more

This company exceeded my expectations in every way! He even gave an option where a tow would have been necessary. That wasn't the best option for me so I had the car towed to the dealership. He delivered the car safely, provided a receipt and reminded me that most insurance companies will cover the cost of towing up to a limit. read more

I needed to get my car towed last minute to the repair shop this morning. Thankfully they were able to fit me into their schedule. They said they would be at my location within an hour and a half, they showed up within 45mins! Quickly loaded my car up and dropped my car off safely at the repair shop. This is the second time I used this company and both times service was honest, prompt and fairly priced. I am not a person who will write a positive review if it is not completely warranted in my opinion. I was not asked to write a review however, when a business provides excellent service with integrity I want to support it. I also want to insure they will be there when I need service again! G. A. Marie's service feedback form (Towing Services) Was the appointment call returned in a timely manner? Paul answered immediately. I explained my dilemma of a probate close of escrow and 2 days to get 5 junk vehicles off the property. After numerous phone calls and getting the same response that it would take 24 to 48 hours and no guarantees, Paul's response of, "No Problem, we can be there today and take some cars and come back tomorrow for the rest," were like a 2-ton weight being lifted off my shoulders. Were the costs clearly explained? As promised, he met us at the property within an hour of the call, removed 3 vehicles, at no cost to me. Who was the contractor? Paul; he's the owner and operator of his own company. That's always a big plus. In my opinion, they take more pride in their service. Did he arrive on time? Arrived within the 1 hour of calling to schedule his services Was he professional and courteous? Very Was he knowledgeable of issues? Very, no shock at the number of vehicles lined up on the side yard, covered in thorny vines, and surrounded by junk and cat feces. He just said, "No problem, I can clear these all out". Did he clearly explain the process necessary? Yes, although there was no need because I was confident he knew exactly what he was doing. Was he able to provide cost estimate? No cost for towing all 5 junk vehicles Was he respectful of my property? Very, even in the conditions he had to work in Was he quick to resolve the issue? Very quick, no nonsense, and the whole process was very quick and easy. read more

Shocked at how many good reviews there are. I'm sure it doesn't matter if your car was already ruined when Paul came to you, but if you want your car to not get any worse or be totalled entirely I'd really avoid this place. This company Ruined my car towing it and refused to give me their insurance information WHICH THEY ARE REQUIRED TO DO BY LAW even with proof of the damage being caused by the tow. Highway patrol said my only option was small claims court, which Costs money I dont have. Paul wouldnt work with my insurance, or with me because he stated he didnt want a claim on his record. If I wasn't so busy I'd have had his business license by now. DO NOT CALL FOR TOWING SERVICES. JUST CALL AAA. read more
