Naveen showed up before the one hour estimated time and did a great job. Professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

My insurance had sent AJs Towing to assist me with my car troubles. Their customer service was helpful, professional, and considerate. The employee went above and beyond by researching my car's needs and providing additional information to further assist me before towing it to the next location. A great towing company that I'll think of in the future and one I'd recommend! read more

After 2 tow companies took the job through my insurance and then decided to cancel on me after waiting 2 hours for each tow with a car that couldn't drive, Ramin their employee called me and assured he would be picking up my vehicle and asked for all the details to make sure everything went smoothly in the pickup process since I would not be there waiting. He also called when he was 5 minutes from the repair shop to let me know, great communication from AJ's towing after a very stressful vehicle trouble day. Would highly recommend! Thank you Ramin! read more

With an abnormal emergency issue I was able to get back on the road asap. Requested for a tire change and they had driver out within 25 mins. The cost was fairly reasonable considering the situation. All in all I was ecstatic with the result. read more

Been to this location twice and both times for a breakdown. (Don't judge). The guys went out of their way to accommodate...and did exactly that. Fixed the problem quick and well. Pricing was better than other places I've looked into. I will be back. Thank you! read more

Very easy to work with. Called and got availability within the hour. Driver called when he was 30 mins away and took care of me. Over all a good experience and will utilize them again in the future if needed. This is my first tow needed in years and this is the first place I called so the five star is just for their service not pricing. Was charged $180 from Lexus Sacramento to west Sacramento. Seems reasonable enough. read more

Aj's Towing was quick to respond to my towing needs. I called road side service and waited 4hrs for another towing company to arrive for them to tell me they can't tow my vehicle because I was on a fifth floor garage and needed a dolly that they didn't have until the follow day. Road side service then called Aj's and he responded within 30 mins. That was such a relief after that long wait. I really like the real time location tracking that Aj's offer too. I will definitely use them again if I ever need towing again. Highly recommended. read more

I had hit a piece of construction debris leaving Top Golf out in Roseville late on a Saturday. Ton's of construction and dark spots not well lit. Anyhow the slab of concrete ripped out a lot of plastic shielding around my wheel wheel and punctured my radiator. Estimated wait time from Geico Towing was 3 hours. Finally called AJ's, lady on the phone was helpful and had a pleasant calming demeanor as i was frustrated. Waseem came out and went to work removing compressed debris from the wheel well. He was helpful and efficient in getting the car prepped for the flat bed. Overall I was impressed by the ease and speed of working with AJ's. Good quality people. read more

I received a tow from this company in February, paid my dues right then and there, and have just been sent a letter from COLLECTIONS in the mail claiming I did NOT PAY THEM. I am incredibly frustrated by the issue and only selected them because they were closest to my location, but if I ever come into trouble where I need a tow again, I will not be calling them. The whole ordeal seems shady and unnecessary. Thumbs allll the way down. read more

Abdullah is the greatest young man who came and saved our truck stuck that was stuck in the mud in Wilton. He was professional and down to earth young man. He was nothing but a gentlemen and helped us winch our truck out of the mud. He was eager to help another partner in the same business without any animosity or negativity. These guys are a great group of guys out here in Sacramento area. Use these guys and I will vouch that you won't be disappointed. Thank you Ajs Towing read more

Great service! Called for a tow on a Saturday night and was told 10 minutes (after waiting for 2 hours for AAA) and there they were in about 10 minutes. The gentleman that towed our car was extremely careful getting the car up on the flat bed. He was professional and friendly. It was such a great experience after getting stuck on the side of the road and being there for so long. AJ Towing is great! read more

I would say the guy today was rude.. seen this business had 40 years plus of service and thought I was making a good decision.. wrong wrong wrong... won't use the service again nor would I recommend.. some people aren't meant for customer service and they guy that towed my car today showed that read more

So happy with the Great customer service. They use an app that acknowledges your tow request AND also responds with a link of a map showing exactly where the truck is and the time it will take to get to you. No standing around guessing. Fablous service. Five stars is not a high enough rating. Abdul was my driver and he part of the reason AJ's deserves a 5+ rating. Highly Recommend. read more

Absolutely terrible service!! Two young guys transported my dad's truck in a timely manner but they didn't park it in the uncovered parking spot we wanted and made my 53 year old dad push the truck in. What a fucking joke. I do not recommend their service at all read more

Horrible survive rude as ever, tried to up charge for a shorter distance. Spoke with dispatch told me one price and then change it to another. So rude !!!' read more

Didn't use the service. WAAAAAAY too expensive. $150 for 1.6 miles. And I was quoted before they even knew the from and to location .

Do not call this place if you are trying to get a government or fleet vehicle towed. They are impatient and will not wait for you to contact the card hold to get authorization. The driver was polite and helpful but the dispatcher or manager who is running everything is not. I'd recommend for personal vehicles. read more

Rami (spelling?) is the man. Super helpful and knows his stuff. Would recommend them for sure.

What a bunch of jerks. We had a horrible situation where the entire axel fell off my travel trailer while i was towing it. AAA called this company to come out and tow us. I sent pictures to the driver before he even arrived so he knew what the situation was. The driver tells me my insurance won't cover the trailer, which is BS because i pay for premium service for this reason. The driver also tells us it will be $450 to tow without insurance. I call AAA and they said the driver said the trailer was unsafe to tow which is why they said no. How is it unsafe when that jerk just gave us a $450 estimate to tow it the 10 miles to our house ?? He told us he wouldn't tell the insurance it was safe because the insurance wouldn't pay them for it after the fact. We argued with him and he just left us stranded there. When i called him directly he said my husband was "coming at him" which is absolutely in no way true. We have witnesses who saw the whole thing. This company is shady and the tow truck driver was a horrible excuse for a human being. Luckily we were able to call a local company who arrived quickly and towed us safely no problem. They also weren't rude to us about the whole situation or making up stories. You should be ashamed of yourself for leaving us stranded. read more
