Anyhow the slab of concrete ripped out a lot of plastic shielding around my wheel wheel and punctured my radiator. Estimated wait time from Geico Towing was 3 hours. Finally called AJ's, lady on the phone was helpful and had a pleasant calming demeanor as i was frustrated. Waseem came out and went to work removing compressed debris from the wheel well. I received a tow from this company in February, paid my dues right then and there, and have just been sent a letter from COLLECTIONS in the mail claiming I did NOT PAY THEM. I am incredibly frustrated by the issue and only selected them because they were closest to my location, but if I ever come into trouble where I need a tow again, I will not be calling them. They use an app that acknowledges your tow request AND also responds with a link of a map showing exactly where the truck is and the time it will take to get to you. No standing around guessing. Do not call this place if you are trying to get a government or fleet vehicle towed. They are impatient and will not wait for you to contact the card hold to get authorization. The driver was polite and helpful but the dispatcher or manager who is running everything is not. I'd recommend for personal vehicles. read more

What a bunch of jerks. We had a horrible situation where the entire axel fell off my travel trailer while i was towing it. AAA called this company to come out and tow us. I sent pictures to the driver before he even arrived so he knew what the situation was. The driver tells me my insurance won't cover the trailer, which is BS because i pay for premium service for this reason. The driver also tells us it will be $450 to tow without insurance. I call AAA and they said the driver said the trailer was unsafe to tow which is why they said no. How is it unsafe when that jerk just gave us a $450 estimate to tow it the 10 miles to our house ?? He told us he wouldn't tell the insurance it was safe because the insurance wouldn't pay them for it after the fact. We argued with him and he just left us stranded there. When i called him directly he said my husband was "coming at him" which is absolutely in no way true. We have witnesses who saw the whole thing. This company is shady and the tow truck driver was a horrible excuse for a human being. Luckily we were able to call a local company who arrived quickly and towed us safely no problem. They also weren't rude to us about the whole situation or making up stories. You should be ashamed of yourself for leaving us stranded. read more
