Called here in a panic for a tow as my engine locked in my mini while working in Elk Grove. Omar (owner) was friendly, calm, helpful, and we discussed the best for the situation. - as I had to go back to work, I booked a tow for the following morning and everything worked out just as Ammer had promised on the phone. I was towed and picked up exactly at 7:30 as he mentioned. His driver was super pro and courteous, and dropped my car to my preferred shop and all is good. Lastly, to comment on the price, it was definitely a good one and affordable, but please remember each situation is different and also it depends on the time of day. Support local. These guys are friendly and do amazing work! read more

Called all the other tow trucks in the area and he had the cheapest estimate so I went with him. He told me 20 minutes until he got there and he was on time! Once he got there he go straight to it. He tried starting my car and once he heard the sound he told me I just needed gas. ( I'm just a girl ) Instead of charging me $380 ( other places quoted me $500+) to tow to Vallejo he towed me to the gas station and my car turned back on. SHOUT OUT TO OMAR!! You're the man :) i appreciate the honesty and efficiency! If you're looking for a tow definitely give him a call and he's very handsome so bonus points for that ! 10/10 experience read more

Q's towing provides true strong customer service in an age of dying customer service. My car broke down and I called a couple local companies with lots of reviews and was disappointed by the rude and uncaring demeanor. I figured let's give Q's a shot and I was not disappointed! I was pleasantly surprised with his speed, punctuality, attitude, and understanding. He helped me feel at ease about an upsetting situation. Thanks for towing my Volvo safely home Q, you saved my day! Don't hesitate to call Q for a fair price and good service!! Wow, absolutely amazing to work with! We got a flat tire in our rental car and it had no spare. Called National and dealt with a not so smart lady at their call center....long story short, she sent us to a 3rd party to deal with getting the car towed and getting us to backtrack an hour or so to pick up a new rental....disgusted with this process, we choice to all squeeze into one car and return the rental. Q offered to take the rental without us and drop it off where the 3rd party directed. When Q got to the location he discovered National was not there, but Budget and Enterprise were so he called us and verified he was in the right place. Q was so fast and efficient at coming to us and getting us off of the unsafe location of the highway that we had to definitely give him a great rating! read more

Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I had to have my car towed twice in a few day period but fortunately i had Qs Towing assist and save the day(s). Not only did he help with the towing but he went above and beyond when it came to dealing with the insurance company. I probably would have lost my mind if it wasn't for the owner, Q. Highly recommend. Not all tow companies are created equal, so why settle when you have the best here. read more

I was in a very serious and scary car collision a few days ago, and walked out of my car not knowing where I was or what happened. The team at Q's towing was already on that freeway and they quickly took action before the police had even arrived. They picked me up off the side of the road to make sure I was safe, loaded up my vehicle and picked up all the parts that broke off during the accident. Over the next couple days, Qais was very responsive, helpful, and compassionate as we worked out the details with my insurance. I highly recommend Q's towing to anyone looking for good, reliable and compassionate service! read more

My insurance company USAA dispatched Q's towing LLC to repair a flat tire on my car this evening. The roadside service repairman was very responsive and came out in a reasonable time. I was stranded at the Sacramento airport with my 80-year-old mother and we were very eager to get back home after a long day of traveling. After replacing the flat with the spare, I noticed that the spare seem to be low on air as well and was concerned that it too was flat. This service repairman said it only needed air but that the service was not included with my insurance services. I thought it was odd and asked "How much is that service?" And he replied? " Oh just tip me and I'll take care of it." Looking back at it I feel stupid for having not questioned this but was vulnerable and wanted to get back home. I tipped the repairman after he inflated the tire and was on my way. I had a nagging suspicion that something wasn't right and was wondering had I been taken advantage of, especially since I am a woman. On the way home I called my insurance company and asked whether air inflation was not included. The representative laughed and said yes, it's included. I feel so stupid. Very upset with myself for being gullible but even more upset that someone would take advantage of us in a vulnerable situation. Cannot recommend this business. read more

I locked my keys in my car after work today, so had to call in roadside assistance through my insurance company and they quoted me a hefty ETA. They were able to dispatch Q's Towing who contacted me right away and let me know they would be 30 minutes. The technician was there in 28 minutes. Not even 5 minutes later my car was open and I was on my merry way. Q's towing was communicative, professional, and extremely kind. I 100% would recommend! Q's towing went above and beyond to help me. They showed up within an hour on Christmas eve and towed my car to a local mechanic shop. After arriving at the destination, I decided that the shop was probably not going to be able to fix my car. Q's Towing waited with me while I called my insurance company to change towing destinations. After a 45 minute phone call with my insurance company, Q's towing towed my car to another location. Even though they had to wait with me for a long time, they were patient, professional, and friendly the entire time. Thank you! read more
