Had someone at my house in less than 30 minutes. Only took him about 10 minutes to pump up the donut and put it on the car. He was a nice guy and did good work! It was less than originally quoted too, which was a nice bonus.

I am filing a formal complaint regarding a tow service dispatched through AAA…read more During the service, the driver initially told dispatch that my vehicle would be loaded onto a flatbed. However, upon arrival, he informed me he intended to drag the vehicle before placing it on the flatbed, which could have caused damage to my car's electrical system. This directly contradicted what was communicated to dispatch and raised serious concerns about proper handling procedures. When I contacted the company to address the issue, the manager responded in an unprofessional manner. He became hostile, raised his voice, and refused to provide his name when requested. This behavior is unacceptable and does not meet basic standards of customer service or accountability. I am requesting that this incident be formally investigated. I would also like clarification on the company's towing procedures and assurance that drivers are following proper protocols to avoid potential vehicle damage. A complaint has already been filed with AAA, and I will be pursuing this further through consumer protection channels if necessary. Pic below: Driver ignored my instructions not to jump my car despite electrical issues and insisted anyway. He also told dispatch it would be flatbed towed, but then said he would drag it part of the way. When I contacted the manager, he became hostile, yelled, and refused to give his name, saying "don't worry about it." Extremely unprofessional and unsafe service.

Add tight…read moreschedules back home, a nervous rescue pitbull, and not even being sure where you are--and the stress level goes through the roof. Priority Towing showed up and immediately changed the tone of the entire situation. The driver not only got our 4Runner safely loaded, but also drove all four of us to Stein's Auto Shop, waited patiently while we dropped the truck off, and then took us to a nearby hotel that allowed dogs. That alone was far beyond what we expected. What really stood out, though, was the humanity. Along the drive, we learned he had just gotten engaged to his girlfriend the night before. We ended up having a long, genuine conversation in the cab--exactly what we needed after believing we might be stranded in the small town of Jackson for a while. With work obligations and responsibilities waiting back home in San Francisco, the stress was high, and that calm, friendly presence made a real difference. Our dog is a relatively new rescue and was pretty shaken by everything. He was patient, kind, and understanding throughout, which meant a lot more than he probably realized. Priority Towing didn't just move a vehicle--they helped get us out of a bad moment and back on our feet. Truly grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and care. Highly recommend.

I was unharmed but my winsheild had a hole the size of a softball in it and I was stranded about 1 hour from my destination. Max from Loyal towing showed up as my AAA tow service and I couldn't have been more grateful. Not only did he advise me that the place I requested the car be towed did not have a secure yard but he called his boss and arranged to have my car towed to the Loyal Towing secure yard in Sacramento and safely stored until I could have the windshield repaired. (They did not charge me to keep my car on their lot for two nights) The people at Loyal towing also helped me find a person to replace my windshield the next morning (safelight winsheild repair quoted me two days later and a much higher price) and the gentlemen who replaced my windshield was prompt, fair and just an all around sweet guy! Overall, the people here made a scary and unfortunate incident turn out alright. I'm very happy to share my experience if it helps this solid business. I encourage anyone who needs honest and professional help in the towing department to call the people at Loyal Towing.

Adj: Atrocious and Awful!…read more Really not sure how this place could have 4.1 stars on avg. But on a cold January winter day, one of our couple of weeks new tires lost air gradually and we had a flat. Thankfully, we were not on the freeway when this happened, but were on a residential street. Unfortunately, we were not within walking distance to our home or even close to our neighborhood. Nevertheless, we were so glad that it was a sunny and kind of warm day after quite a few rainy and stormy days, so at least we didn't have to wait in the wet and cold outside. I called my insurance company who sent Loyal. After over an hour, I was like, they said they'd be here in 45m, so I called our insurance back, only to find out that Loyal canceled on us w/o notifying us and our insurance co barely just found out and so they just rerouted the service order to another towing company! I was not a happy camper. Yours truly waited on the side of the road for most of this time by myself in order that a Good Samaritan, living in the house right where our car started losing air quick (thanks to my hubby for noticing, I'm not sure I myself would've noticed until it was really flat) could take my husband and my kids to my in-laws kind of nearby and borrow their (hardly driven) car (they are too elderly to drive to us for those wondering) to take the kids home and come back for me. Again, it was really a blessed day to have a flat b/c it actually was so sunny it got kind of warm, but after 2+ hours wait, the sun was starting to go down... Time is money so wasting my time = terrible value! Come to find out, Loyal is NOT even a local company, I know it shows they have a local address and number, but our insurance company directed me to a San Diego number when I asked for Loyal Towing's number to call myself and complain. I'm not sure that would do anything, but in any case, the only contact number we ever got was to a San Diego number where the central call center for Loyal is located. Lesson learned that if we ever need roadside assistance again and my car insurance sends Loyal, I'll immediately ask to have a different company sent. Thanks to all other Yelpers reviewing Loyal Towing who've also experienced terrible service (or disservice and no-service in my case), so others will know to avoid them like the Plague they are!!!

They were very quick and responsive and did not damage my car at all towing it a staggering 5 miles to their beautiful lot near Stockton avenue. I called Monday once they opened (towed Saturday morning despite their office being closed Saturday and Sunday) and was told the storage fee over the weekend almost doubled the towing charge ($290). They were very precise with the cost giving me the exact amount I had to pay, except for the extra $14 for using a credit card but that's my fault since I left $500 in cash in my other pants that day. I only have one issue with management - why not charge more? People rely on their cars; we live in a car centric society. You'll make money hand over fist! The sky's the limit! What's the cheapest used car nowadays? $8k? $9k? You'll have everyone who involuntarily requires your service make sure your exceptional business lives on forever, and then some. And while you're at it, take a day off! I read 4 day work weeks make employees happier, why not close your office on mondays too? That way you can charge customers more in after-hours fees! It's a win-win scenario. This company has done the impossible. They've made me miss meter maids

I documented the issue and followed their process, including emailing photos and calling multiple times for follow-up. Despite this, I was not provided any documentation (photos/footage) of the vehicle prior to towing, and communication from their supervisor was unprofessional and unhelpful. The vehicle is brand new (~2,500 miles). I also had it inspected by Honda technicians, who indicated the issue appears consistent with something being pulled or disturbed, rather than normal adhesive failure. I attempted to resolve this directly with the company before leaving a review, but was unsuccessful. I'm sharing this for transparency and would still prefer to resolve this matter professionally.
