Ramos towing, they dont care. All they want is money money money. Money is the root cause of evil. Karma will come to you for charging me a ridiculous amount of money when I went there to get my car the same day. My invoice says they billed me for .5 day which is half of day when its only about 1-1.5hrs when I found out my car was towed to the time I picked up my car. So they actually cheated me. On September 26, my vehicle was being towed by Ramos Towing. During the process, the driver failed to properly secure my car, causing it to fall off the tow truck and collide with another vehicle mid-tow. Following the incident, I spoke with Vince R. from Ramos Towing, who initially assured me that he would take responsibility for the damage and have my vehicle repaired. However, after several weeks of delays and excuses--including claims that he was out of the country in Europe--he ultimately left my car in disrepair. I want to make Ramos Towing aware of this situation and hope they recognize the serious issues with how this matter was handled by their employee. read more

This company should be ashamed of the way they treat people -- especially families connected to a senior living community. My brother's car was towed from a senior apartment complex, and we were charged an outrageous amount to get it back. Most seniors are on fixed incomes, and towing vehicles from senior housing without compassion or understanding is completely wrong. We spoke with a man named Victor, who was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help or explain the charges, he was combative and had zero empathy for our situation. When asked about the 10-mile towing rule and the excessive after-hours fees, he gave misleading information and refused to work with us in any reasonable way. This company's behavior feels predatory and discriminatory, especially toward seniors and their families. We plan to report Victor and Ramos Towing to the proper authorities for review and investigation. No one should have to deal with this kind of disrespect or financial exploitation when already facing a difficult situation. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. Ramos Towing needs to be held accountable for its practices -- or shut down altogether if this is how they choose to operate. If you've also had a bad experience with this company and want to join in reporting them, please contact me directly at Santanamachelle@gmail.com read more

They could have been polite, less vulgar and could have towed my vehicle on a flatbed instead of tearing up the underbody of my car. The SSPCA was kind enough to UBER me home. I wasn't dressed for the cold weather and walking 20 miles to my home at 69 years old. read more

This company has a predatory agreement with low income senior apartments (The Verandas) in Sacramento. Will tow your car for expired registration on private property. No notice. This is the worst tackies tow company ever. It's amazes me how they are so quick to take your car, but trying to retrieve it let alone get someone to answer. The phone is almost impossible. These people are bottom feeders. They act tough, but are actually just a bunch of poor people with sub-70 IQ running the show. They have no idea what they're doing or why they're doing it. "I had an absolutely terrible experience with this towing company. My car was towed for no valid reason while I was briefly inside a paint store, just a couple of minutes. The store confirmed I was there, but the towing company still refused to release my car unless I paid a $400 fee. It really feels like the paint store, their landlord, and this towing company have some kind of agreement because multiple people had their cars towed that same day. This is a blatant abuse of power and completely unprofessional. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs! read more

They tow people cars at places they shouldn't and they want to say it was management when it wasn't at all cause if you parked at anyplace that has visitors parking and or as anyone knows if it not covered parking or number then it's space for visitors to park but for me I was parked in space I could park which it's handicap and all my placard up and all I walk out and bam my car is gone and I wasn't even at the place long and then we called to get the car they told us a time when was literally 7 hours after they took the car and when I know any tow yard I encountered with could just go and get it unless u got a hold on it but anyways they also charge over prices when they shouldn't... this company is horrible and bad for business they have rude people working and all and how they speak to costumers and all it's crazy. Illegally towed our vehicle- based on reviews seems like a recurring problem. When came to pick up the vehicle, they were hyper aggressive. swearing and name calling the entire time. where do I start. There behavior resembles a lot with broke people . He made his paycheck off of me. I reached out to them at 7 am. I told him the car is under my brother's name. I am the driver it says on insurance as well that I drive that car. he said as long as you could have his ID or photo of his ID i can release the car to you. The guy gave me his address and said we will be there in an hour or one hour 30 minutes. I asked him why he towed the car from in front of my house where its parked every night from past 5 years. He said the car had no parking permit and I had to tow it. The permit was there he just did not see the permit and he did not wanted to admit it. it almost sounded like he was eyeing the car. and one night he got the reason to tow it which i am still not sure if its true or he did something to get the permit to fall off of dashboard. long story short, I got to the address he gave me . Once I arrived I asked him how much longer because I have been here more then 1 hr. 45 minutes. he said the driver will be there soon. then he went on ordering me that "come back at 2:30 I will give you a discount". I had to call out of work because this man had no sense of time management. He told me this while I waited at Ramos towing parking lot for more then 2 hours and I told him multiple times like I just need my car back. I told him this at least more then 3 times. when he told me that " come back after 2:30 i will give you a discount" I actually thought he is never going to give me my car back. he charged me unnecessary fees. $100.00 extra because he had to dolly my car because my car is electric. That is a lie. My car is electric. My car is hybrid. It runs on gas and sometimes like once's in a month on battery. Car did not needed to be dolly. He Lied to me. I finally got my car back after begging him to give me MY car back that i made the payments to. I finally got back home at 4 pm. and this whole things started at 7:00am. In person interaction was very rude. I am not very sure who I spoke to because he had no name tag and no curtsey of introducing himself to me. he was on the phone the entire time At one point I thought he might not give me my car back and I did consider getting the cops involved. here is the price breakdown: Towing charge $300.00 ( this includes the 100.00 dolly charge) labor :100( I am really not sure what labor they did) storage: $85.00 even though I had been trying to get my car back from 7: am Extra gate fee charge: $100.00 I am not sure what that one was for since both of the gates are always broken and I checked with my office thy usually have the key to get in. and god forbid you try asking questions about the bill they give you to sign. He did not like that at all. read more

100% zero rating! Worst towing company ever with lame ass excuses as to why they towed my car. These are some broke people activity and only want to pick days they wanna tow truck to get money. My husband parked our car along the paint shop that's near the Human Resources Center in Downtown (close to Co-op) & got towed today. Mind you yesterday we parked there with alot of other people but not one was towed away. I'm sure everyone who parked there did not read any "No Parking" sign that was almost hidden under the trees that were along the parking area. We never saw it yesterday, my husband parked in the same exact spot today and did not see no sign. Even the paint shop workers told my husband they didn't not call no towing company for people who parked there but didn't go into their shop idk if that is true on their end be that would've happened yesterday if they really care about their parking spaces. But today a man who works in this towing company woke up and thought he's broke and decided to take our car to get paid & wanna talk smart over the phone. Do better because people also looking for a better living & getting errands done in a day but would rather ruin peoples day by first taking their only transportation & charging $309 and that made my husband missing out on some hours of work. Do better this company and check on your workers, because if this was done to you, y'all wouldn't like it. read more

I just want to let everybody know about this piece of s*** towing company. They told my mother's car and are supposed to be bringing back to her mind. You, my mother is at a lung transplant meeting. And they told her vehicle. My mother is running low on oxygen and sitting on the side of the road. When they said they would come, get her Uber an hour ago. And have left her waiting there. And then when I called to find out where they are. He wanted to cuss at me and tell my mother to find Her own ride. Absolutely inconvenienced by lack of professionalism / follow up and basic customer service skill. Called a day before to setup a scheduled tow to avoid violating parking rules where I had to leave my car , He Sounded irritable and short toned but he did let me know that if I waited just a few hours until a weekday the price would drop 100 ! I took his advice gratefully and reiterated that i needed to be sure and did I need to book it as an appointment , he reassured me to just call n the morning and he would have a driver give me a 25 min heads up to meet at the address I provided at the beginning of the cqll in order to receive the total cost estimate Called at 8:00am and he picked up irritable more so than the first time already at Hello!? Why? I'm already distressed it was extremely off putting AGAIN ,but I went against my gut smh and I get he is human and maybe it had been rough weekend ? I just Kept trying to give hope and benefit of the doubt! I remind him we had just spoke and my situation to spark his memory He proceeds to tell me no one would be able to meet me there until AFTER lunch times 12:30-1 ish no later than 1:30. To my dismay and confusion ( because he assured me he understood the urgency just hours before and that I didn't need to book, but why was I served as if I called in real time on the side of the road now !) I still graciously agreed , to which he assured me someone would text me when they head my way . I felt a bit discouraged but agreed and hung up as he had not reconfirmed the pickup adress nor professionally informed me of the next steps??? Just wait for a random text from a driver n go meet him ? No payment info of what was accepted how that worked . Needless to say it is currently 3:05 pm ...NO CALL BACK NO TEXT NO UPDATE NOTHING. and my car was towed by the establishment at 2:55 ! I guess someone had a more expensive tow this am and professionalism went out the window A simple call back or realistic projection would have def not wasted my time hopes and money !
