Re-wired entire house. Price was probably steep, but they promised excellent service and customization. That was not what they provided. Some of what they promised was delivered. They made some extremely poor decisions about switch placement, and ignored my instructions and requests about receptacles. Worst of all: they did not respond at all to repeated contact about fixing the problems afterwards. They ghosted me. Did not provide a 220 outlet in garage as asked. Did not provide a ceiling fan rated workbox where requested. Did not provided receptacles where requested. Did not provide three-way switches where requested. Did not provide switch-operated receptacles where requested. Installed ceiling fan as requested, but fan now has a short and fan shuts off. read more

I called Ed, at his published phone number, he personally answered immediately, listened to my service needs and immediately scheduled the job to be done for me at the exact time on the exact day that I requested. This was after I'd been waiting on callbacks from two other businesses for 2 days. On the day of my appt. I got a call from the owner, the aforementioned Ed, who was driving to a meeting in the Bay Area regarding the death of a very close family member. Despite his great personal loss and involvement Ed made sure I wouldn't be inconvenienced by sending his own son to do the job at my house instead of himself. His son,Evan later called to inform me he could come at any time and was at Home Depot buying the particular light fixture I needed to be installed. Evan arrived promptly and quickly removed two old ceiling light fixtures in different rooms of the house, replacing them with state of the art flush mount LED fixtures making the house safer, brighter and way more energy efficient. I appreciate good, efficient workers who know their stuff and get the job done in a timely manner. Evan was all these things and a pleasant, upbeat guy to talk to also. And I'll be always grateful to the owner, Ed who went out of his way to cater to my needs while going through a really tough emotional time of his own. the company might have some good workers but theres some bad apples they need to get rid of??? i had a service call to see whats going on with 3 socket that were not working they send out some guy named robert out of patterson he looked at my fuse box there was one wire that was burn then he starts talking about i need to change the whole box from a 100amp to 200 amp box he tells me it going to be a lot of work and its going to cost from 7.000 to 8.000 dollars i told him i dont have that kind of money to just try to fix what ever needed to be done this guy got pissed of keep telling me do you want to fix it yourself ???? and do you want you house to burn down???? all he did was disconnect the burn wire and but a cap on it and charged me one hundred and seventy five dollars for that bullshit work!!! this guy is unprofessional he was trying to scam me ???? i called a different electrician at of modesto nice guy looked at my problem and fix it and only charged me 80 dollars everything is working fine now????? read more

So I definitely would recommend for these guys to come out for all your electrical needs. Ed's Team came in and picked up where another, undisclosed, handyman failed to provide the service we needed. These guys restored heat to my house in the dead of winter and corrected an electrical issue in 2 bathrooms which is a necessity in any home.
