I honestly wish we could give 10 stars. We lost power in 3 rooms of our home today. I looked on YELP and chose SANTIAGO ELECTRIC. So glad I did. I called at 3:15. Hector answered on the first ring. I explained my problem. He advised, we can be there in about an hour. Hour and ten minutes later, Hector and his team arrived. Its now 5:30. The work performed was 4.5 stars. The wiring for my fan and light in the bathroom was messed up so I asked Santiago electric to come service the issue. Technician (Hector) was great and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. I had also asked to have a couple outlets wired for GFCI and the technician did them for an extra charge. Overall I am satisfied with the work they performed and would use them again if there were any other electrical issues. I also appreciate the follow up call from them after services were performed to see how they could do better and if there was any feedback for them. Good customer service goes a long way! read more

These people are very unreliable. Got a quote for some work at my house. They gave me a appointment for a month later. On the day of the appointment nobody shows up. Called more than 10 times and nobody picks up the phone. No reply back or anything. Very unprofessional. I had to take a day off just for the appointment but wasted my whole day. Literally the best contractor I've worked with on a project. We had an emergency where there was smoke coming from our EV charging port. He responded immediately to my request, and came over to fix it within 30 minutes. Whole project took about an hour, and he was extremely professional and clear about explaining each step until everything was fixed, and both the outlet was replaced and the breaker was upgraded. On top of it all, he charged a very reasonable price that was easy to pay via an e-mail invoice. Will definitely be calling again for any future electrical projects! read more

I Enlisted Santiago electrical from yelp. They were first to respond & quick for appointment. They gave a bid of $150- $450. They Stated that they charge by the job not by the hour. Both Sal & Arturo were very sweet & friendly. They patiently answered my questions & updated their progress. I have no doubt that the kitchen switch problems were complicated. By the time they left, the switches were in order, And garbage disposal and the dishwasher finally worked. With a $50 discount, The job cost was $400 for 2 hours of work. read more

Called to get quote on figuring out why my thermostat and one other plug stopped receiving power. Gave address & someone showed up same day. Workers were all over the house and ended up replacing 3 plugs (two of which worked fine and weren't replaced with GFCI outlets even though they were in bathrooms) They said I'd have to call HVAC for the thermostat:-(. All of this was done without a quote and done without given the ok before hand. Then came a $350 bill. When I called and insisted on breakdown, I was told $40 each outlet and the rest was a troubleshooting fee. I was then offered a $100 off "coupon." I still have no idea why my thermostat is not receiving power, one burnt out plug replaced, two outlets replaced that were working fine....all for $250. If you use them, make sure to get all pricing and work upfront! read more
